Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome back to Kuala Moon, a podcast of
00:00:14
Speaker 1: original children's bedtime stories and meditations designed to make bedtime
00:00:19
Speaker 1: a tree. Oh now, this is a very special story,
00:00:26
Speaker 1: one that Coco and I think will be popular with
00:00:29
Speaker 1: all you unicorn fans out there, like amc Night sixteen
00:00:33
Speaker 1: and others. I think it's also one that you can
00:00:38
Speaker 1: listen to during the day if you want to relax
00:00:41
Speaker 1: or wash away some niggly worries. All you need is
00:00:45
Speaker 1: a quiet place and the story will do the rest.
00:00:50
Speaker 1: Just quickly before we begin, hop into bed and tuck
00:00:54
Speaker 1: yourself in so you're really comfy and you can start
00:00:58
Speaker 1: to relax. Take some steady, deep breaths in and out
00:01:08
Speaker 1: to help you feel all floaty and calm. And just
00:01:14
Speaker 1: imagine what it would feel like if all your worries
00:01:18
Speaker 1: floated away out of your mind at night, they simply disappear.
00:01:27
Speaker 2: Well. In to Night's story, we'll meet Bell. Bell is
00:01:31
Speaker 2: a very special kind of unicorn who helps children to
00:01:35
Speaker 2: feel calm before they fall asleep at night, and best
00:01:39
Speaker 2: of all, she lives in the land of sweets. Hm
00:01:46
Speaker 2: to Night. We'll join Bell as she helps Penny the
00:01:48
Speaker 2: Panda to feel happy at bedtime. This is Bell The
00:01:53
Speaker 2: Magical Sleep Unicorn by Carena Price. Once upon a time,
00:02:06
Speaker 2: in a land far away lived Penny, a very friendly
00:02:11
Speaker 2: red panda. Penny lived in a lush, green forest high
00:02:16
Speaker 2: in the mountains, where she loved eating lots of bamboo.
00:02:22
Speaker 2: Penny enjoyed drawing and making things, and she especially liked
00:02:27
Speaker 2: Fridays because this meant she didn't have school for the
00:02:31
Speaker 2: whole weekend. Penny would have so much fun on the weekend,
00:02:37
Speaker 2: climbing trees, fishing in the river, and playing hide and
00:02:43
Speaker 2: seek with her brothers and sisters. But Penny's cheerfulness would
00:02:49
Speaker 2: always change come Sunday night, and she would often feel
00:02:54
Speaker 2: worried about going to school the next day. Every Sunday night,
00:02:59
Speaker 2: Penny she just couldn't fall asleep. Her mind was full
00:03:03
Speaker 2: of worries and she just didn't know how to get
00:03:05
Speaker 2: them out. Penny would worry about her schoolwork being too hard.
00:03:12
Speaker 2: She worried that no one would want to play with her.
00:03:16
Speaker 2: She worried that she wouldn't be able to run fast
00:03:20
Speaker 2: like her friends at playtime, and most of all, Penny
00:03:24
Speaker 2: worried about leaving her family. Penny's mom tried to help
00:03:31
Speaker 2: her to fall asleep. She read her wonderful relaxing stories,
00:03:37
Speaker 2: she bathed her in calming lavender bath songs. She made
00:03:41
Speaker 2: Penny a delicious cocoa drink before bed, but none of
00:03:45
Speaker 2: these relaxing things helped Penny to fall asleep. Penny had
00:03:50
Speaker 2: the comfiest bed with soft fluffy pillows and her cozy
00:03:55
Speaker 2: weighted blankets, comforting her legs and belly like a warm
00:04:01
Speaker 2: and Penny would sink deep into her bed like it
00:04:05
Speaker 2: was a big fluffy cloud. And sometimes Penny's mom would
00:04:12
Speaker 2: sing gentle lullabies, Go to sleep, my baby, clothes your
00:04:19
Speaker 2: pretty eyes. Mommy loves her baby, so go to sleepy byes.
00:04:28
Speaker 2: But nothing seemed to help Penny to go to sleep.
00:04:33
Speaker 2: So one day Penny's mum said, I've got an idea.
00:04:41
Speaker 2: Let's visit Bell, the Magical Sleep Unicorn. Penny was puzzled
00:04:48
Speaker 2: and asked who Bell was. Her mum explained that when
00:04:54
Speaker 2: she was Penny's age, her mind was full of worries too,
00:04:59
Speaker 2: and so her mother took her to see Bell the
00:05:02
Speaker 2: Magical Sleep Unicorn. Her mom said, she is so amazing
00:05:10
Speaker 2: and can help all your worries float away out of
00:05:14
Speaker 2: your mind. So that you can settle down, relax and
00:05:19
Speaker 2: feel so sleepy and safe. Now. Penny said the unicorn
00:05:26
Speaker 2: did sound amazing and asked where she lived and how
00:05:29
Speaker 2: they would get there. Her mom said, she lives in
00:05:36
Speaker 2: the land of sweets, and the only way we can
00:05:40
Speaker 2: find bell is by making our way to the beginning
00:05:44
Speaker 2: of a rainbow, so that's what we shall do. Although
00:05:51
Speaker 2: Penny really wanted to be happy at bedtime so that
00:05:55
Speaker 2: she could easily fall asleep, she was nervous about traveling
00:06:00
Speaker 2: to a new place and meeting someone new. Penny's mom
00:06:06
Speaker 2: told her daughter that whenever she was worried, she should
00:06:11
Speaker 2: swap one worried thought to a kinder and more helpful one.
00:06:17
Speaker 2: Penny said she would try, but she couldn't stop being
00:06:20
Speaker 2: worried about going to a new land. Her mom smiled
00:06:26
Speaker 2: kindly and said, okay, so let's swap that thought for
00:06:34
Speaker 2: a more helpful one. Penny considered her mom's words and
00:06:39
Speaker 2: said she was looking forward to being brave and trying
00:06:44
Speaker 2: something new, and she was very much looking forward to
00:06:48
Speaker 2: eating the yummy sweets. Her mom nodded and said those
00:06:54
Speaker 2: were better thoughts to have, and the more Penny practiced
00:06:59
Speaker 2: changing her thoughts, the easier it would become. Penny's mom
00:07:04
Speaker 2: looked through her magical book of rainbows, and she discovered
00:07:08
Speaker 2: where they could find one. So the next day after school,
00:07:14
Speaker 2: Penny and her mom set off to find the beginning
00:07:17
Speaker 2: of the rainbow. Penny's mom said they were heading towards
00:07:23
Speaker 2: a magical mountain and it wasn't too far from their home.
00:07:28
Speaker 2: When they arrived at the mountain, Penny was amazed by
00:07:33
Speaker 2: the multi colored beauty of it. The tall green trees,
00:07:39
Speaker 2: blue and yellow parrots happily flying from tree to tree,
00:07:45
Speaker 2: pink and purple butterflies dancing in the warm breeze, and
00:07:52
Speaker 2: red bottomed monkeys cheekily playing. Up high at the peak
00:07:59
Speaker 2: of the mountain, they could see a beautiful, vibrant rainbow
00:08:03
Speaker 2: right before their eyes, so many different colors shining high
00:08:10
Speaker 2: up into the sky. Wow, said Penny, it's beautiful, But Mum,
00:08:22
Speaker 2: I don't know anybody who's ever been able to reach
00:08:25
Speaker 2: the start of a rainbow before. How are we possibly
00:08:30
Speaker 2: going to get there? Pennies, m'am knew what to do.
00:08:38
Speaker 2: She said, all you need to do is close your
00:08:42
Speaker 2: eyes and imagine all the colors of the rainbow. And
00:08:48
Speaker 2: when we do this, we will start to feel more
00:08:52
Speaker 2: and more relaxed. And when we wake up, the rainbow
00:08:57
Speaker 2: will be right next to us. So find a nice
00:09:03
Speaker 2: cozy spot next to this tree, laying on the soft grass.
00:09:09
Speaker 2: Close your eyes now, and I will help you think
00:09:14
Speaker 2: of all the colors of the rainbow so that you
00:09:17
Speaker 2: can feel nice and relaxed. Resting your eyelids now, nice
00:09:25
Speaker 2: and relaxed, unfolding your arms and your legs. Imagine that
00:09:32
Speaker 2: you are in your bed, relaxing your head back onto
00:09:36
Speaker 2: your pillow. Feel your body settling into your bed, fully
00:09:43
Speaker 2: supported by the soft surface beneath you. Nice and relaxed
00:09:52
Speaker 2: and so safe. I like you to imagine a soft,
00:09:58
Speaker 2: fluffy cloud gently floating in the sky above, lazily floating
00:10:05
Speaker 2: in your direction. That's right. And now imagine that this
00:10:13
Speaker 2: cloud slowly starts to change color. See the color pink
00:10:20
Speaker 2: gradually change to yellow, red, and green. That's right. Imagine
00:10:30
Speaker 2: this cloud is slowly changing into all the colors of
00:10:34
Speaker 2: the rainbow. Good. Now, imagine this beautiful multi colored cloud
00:10:46
Speaker 2: floating gently near you. The colors are happy, positive, and calming.
00:10:57
Speaker 2: Now I want you to imagine that you're breathing in
00:11:01
Speaker 2: these beautiful, happy colors. Take a nice, big deep breath
00:11:05
Speaker 2: in and breathe in all the joyful colors right into
00:11:11
Speaker 2: your body and your mind. Noticing the wonderful colors, calming
00:11:16
Speaker 2: your mind, relaxing your eyelids. Feel this lovely, relaxing feeling
00:11:25
Speaker 2: moving down your body, your neck, shoulders, releasing any tensions
00:11:34
Speaker 2: in your belly or bag, gently floating down your arms,
00:11:40
Speaker 2: to your hands, your fingers. Rainbow colors are now floating
00:11:47
Speaker 2: down to your legs, your knees, your ankles, and your feet.
00:11:57
Speaker 2: That's right, good, you're doing great. Penny opened her eyes
00:12:05
Speaker 2: and to her amazement, they were standing at the start
00:12:11
Speaker 2: of the magical rainbow, and just like that, they began
00:12:18
Speaker 2: to gently float up to the top of the rainbow.
00:12:23
Speaker 2: And as they reached the top of the rainbow, they
00:12:25
Speaker 2: could see something in the near distance. Penny asked her
00:12:31
Speaker 2: mom what it was. It looked like the Land of Sweets.
00:12:38
Speaker 2: It is, her mom replied and said they were heading
00:12:43
Speaker 2: in the right direction because it was where Bell, the
00:12:47
Speaker 2: magical sleep unicorn lived. All they had to do now
00:12:53
Speaker 2: was to gently float down the magical rainbow and they
00:12:57
Speaker 2: would arrive in the Land of Sweets. Penny looked a
00:13:03
Speaker 2: little worried and said, I'm not sure I have the
00:13:08
Speaker 2: courage to float all the way down the rainbow. What
00:13:12
Speaker 2: if I fall? Her Mum told her it was okay
00:13:17
Speaker 2: to feel worried, and said, I believe in you, and
00:13:23
Speaker 2: I know you can do it. You can do anything
00:13:27
Speaker 2: you put your mind to. I have a special way
00:13:31
Speaker 2: of getting down this magical rainbow. I'm going to count
00:13:35
Speaker 2: from ten to zero, and with every number I count,
00:13:41
Speaker 2: you will notice that your worries will gently float away
00:13:46
Speaker 2: out of your mind, and you will start to feel
00:13:51
Speaker 2: deeply relaxed as we make our way down, all the
00:13:56
Speaker 2: way down to the bottom of the rainbow. Ready now, ten,
00:14:05
Speaker 2: slowly floating down. Nine, noticing your body starting to relax.
00:14:13
Speaker 2: Now eight, all the happy colors safely carrying you down. Seven.
00:14:23
Speaker 2: It's so safe and relaxing here. Six, nothing to worry about. Five,
00:14:33
Speaker 2: feeling more and more relaxed. Four, your worries floating away
00:14:42
Speaker 2: with every breath you take. Three easily floating down. Two,
00:14:51
Speaker 2: your eyes starting to feel heavy and sleepy. One deeper
00:15:00
Speaker 2: and deeper levels of relaxation all the way down to zero. Yea,
00:15:11
Speaker 2: we've landed in a land of sweets, said Penny excitedly.
00:15:18
Speaker 2: She looked around and to her amazement, everything was made
00:15:23
Speaker 2: of candy, fudge, ice cream, and toffee. This land was
00:15:30
Speaker 2: full of chocolate trees decorated with delicious, colorful buttons, lollipop
00:15:37
Speaker 2: flowers in every flavor, gingerbread houses glazed with the sweetest
00:15:46
Speaker 2: smelling icing, pink candy flosh clouds happily floating in the sky,
00:15:54
Speaker 2: and multi colored flying saucers were whizzing around in all
00:15:59
Speaker 2: the Penny yawned and said, I feel like I'm dreaming.
00:16:09
Speaker 2: I wonder how we're going to find Bell, the magical
00:16:13
Speaker 2: sleep Unicorn. Just then, a sweet smelling gingerbread man approached
00:16:21
Speaker 2: them and said, hello, friend, what are you doing in
00:16:26
Speaker 2: this part of the land. Penny introduced herself and said
00:16:32
Speaker 2: they were looking for Bell because she wanted to fall
00:16:35
Speaker 2: asleep more easily, and her mom told her the magical
00:16:40
Speaker 2: sleep Unicorn would help her relax. The gingerbread man nodded
00:16:47
Speaker 2: and said, that's a wonderful IDEA Bell will certainly be
00:16:53
Speaker 2: able to help you. Simply head over to the chocolate fountain.
00:16:58
Speaker 2: It's just passed my shmallow valley. Once you get there,
00:17:03
Speaker 2: you'll be greeted by the chocolate frogs and they will
00:17:06
Speaker 2: help you. Oh but I must tell you, Marshmallow Valley
00:17:12
Speaker 2: has been known to make you feel very sleepy, so
00:17:17
Speaker 2: try your best not to fall asleep now. Penny and
00:17:22
Speaker 2: her mom curiously entered Marshmallow Valley. It was the sweetest
00:17:28
Speaker 2: smelling place, and the tops of the hills were dusted
00:17:33
Speaker 2: in the sweetest smelling icing powder. Every step they took
00:17:39
Speaker 2: squished like sponge, and it felt so relaxing and soft.
00:17:48
Speaker 2: As they walked along, Penny began to feel more and
00:17:53
Speaker 2: more sleepy. Her eyes felt so heavy. She was so
00:18:00
Speaker 2: relaxed and sleepy. Her legs started to feel heavier and
00:18:06
Speaker 2: heavier with every step she took. She could not stop yawning.
00:18:16
Speaker 2: Her mum said, Penny, try your best not to fall
00:18:21
Speaker 2: asleep now. You can fall asleep whenever you want later,
00:18:28
Speaker 2: try not to focus on your eyes feeling heavy and
00:18:32
Speaker 2: relaxed now, Penny replied, oh okay, well, I will try
00:18:42
Speaker 2: my best not to fall asleep now. Luckily, they arrived
00:18:48
Speaker 2: at the Chocolate Fountain just in time. It was taller
00:18:53
Speaker 2: than a house and sweet, smelling, smooth chocolate flowed from
00:19:00
Speaker 2: the top all the way down to a delightful pool
00:19:04
Speaker 2: of yumminess. A chocolate frog appeared from the chocolate's surface
00:19:11
Speaker 2: and said, hello, friends, I'm guessing you're here looking for Bell.
00:19:19
Speaker 2: Hobb into one of the chocolate bubbles and your float
00:19:23
Speaker 2: right on over to Bell's Magical Kingdom. Penny didn't know
00:19:31
Speaker 2: how they were going to get into a bubble without
00:19:34
Speaker 2: it popping. Penny's mum suggested they stand next to the
00:19:40
Speaker 2: bubbles and get ready to jump into one of them.
00:19:45
Speaker 2: They moved over to a bubble, counted to three and
00:19:51
Speaker 2: jumped into the chocolatey bubble. Penny felt nervous and was
00:19:57
Speaker 2: worried the bubble might pop. Her mum said gently, it's okay, Penny.
00:20:06
Speaker 2: Let's imagine what it will be like if it does work.
00:20:13
Speaker 2: They closed their eyes and imagine safely floating in their
00:20:18
Speaker 2: sweet smelling chocolate bubble all the way to meet Bell
00:20:24
Speaker 2: the Magical sleep Unicorn. They floated all the way over
00:20:30
Speaker 2: to Belle's Magical Kingdom, and when they arrived, it was beautiful.
00:20:38
Speaker 2: There were multi colored magical unicorns playing with each other
00:20:44
Speaker 2: and having lots of fun. It felt like a delightfully
00:20:49
Speaker 2: friendly place At that moment, Bell the magical sleep Unicorn appeared.
00:20:58
Speaker 2: She was dazzling pink with thick rainbow hair and a
00:21:04
Speaker 2: glittery golden horn. She smiled and said hello. She asked
00:21:11
Speaker 2: why they were there. Penny's mom said, I was wondering
00:21:18
Speaker 2: if you could help Penny. She really can't sleep at night.
00:21:24
Speaker 2: Would you be able to help her worries disappear. Bell
00:21:29
Speaker 2: said she could, and she was pleased they had come
00:21:34
Speaker 2: to see her. The sleep Unicorn looked at Penny and said, Penny,
00:21:44
Speaker 2: we need to start by emptying your worry bucket. Penny
00:21:51
Speaker 2: said she didn't know what a worry bucket was. Bell
00:21:56
Speaker 2: kindly explained, we've all got a worry bucket in our mind.
00:22:03
Speaker 2: Even grown ups have one, and sometimes if we have
00:22:08
Speaker 2: too many worries in there, it can be hard to
00:22:11
Speaker 2: relax and sleep at night. We might worry about our
00:22:17
Speaker 2: schoolwork being too hard. We might worry about our friends
00:22:23
Speaker 2: and family. We might worry that we're not good enough,
00:22:29
Speaker 2: or that nobody wants to play with us. But don't worry.
00:22:34
Speaker 2: It's okay, and it's completely normal to have worries from
00:22:41
Speaker 2: time to time. We can empty our worry buckets by
00:22:46
Speaker 2: being brave, having fun and relaxing. I can help you
00:22:53
Speaker 2: empty out your worry bucket here tonight. Does that sound
00:22:58
Speaker 2: like a good idea? Penny smiled and said it sounded
00:23:04
Speaker 2: like a wonderful idea. Bell said, let's head over to
00:23:11
Speaker 2: Bubblegum Mountain. It's a very special place and it helps
00:23:18
Speaker 2: me to have extra powers to empty out your worry bucket.
00:23:23
Speaker 2: There's a fun way of getting there. I have some
00:23:27
Speaker 2: magical bubblegum and it will get you to the mountain.
00:23:32
Speaker 2: If it's okay with your mum, would you like to
00:23:35
Speaker 2: eat a piece of it? Penny asked her mom if
00:23:39
Speaker 2: she was okay to accept the bubblegum. Her mom said yes,
00:23:45
Speaker 2: so Penny took it and popped it into her mouth. Yum.
00:23:51
Speaker 2: It tasted like a delicious blueberry muffin. Bell said, now
00:24:00
Speaker 2: I want you to try and blow a big, genormous bubble,
00:24:08
Speaker 2: the biggest bubble you have ever seen. I want you
00:24:15
Speaker 2: to take some nice, big deep breaths. Ready, breathing in
00:24:26
Speaker 2: and breathing out. Breathing in and breathing out. That's right. Good.
00:24:40
Speaker 2: Now hold onto your bubble as we're going to float
00:24:45
Speaker 2: to the top of bubble Gum Mountain and off They
00:24:50
Speaker 2: all went together, slowly floating all the way up to
00:24:57
Speaker 2: the top of Bubble Gum Mountain. When they arrived, there
00:25:05
Speaker 2: was a beautiful, magical glow coming from the edge of
00:25:10
Speaker 2: the mountain. Penny asked the magical sleep Unicorn where the
00:25:17
Speaker 2: glow was coming from. My friend lives over there, Belle explained,
00:25:27
Speaker 2: she's Darcy the Purple Dragon, and she's ever so friendly.
00:25:34
Speaker 2: They stepped into the magical Golden cave together and were
00:25:40
Speaker 2: greeted by Darcy the Purple Dragon. Belle smiled at her
00:25:47
Speaker 2: friend and said, Hi, Darcy, these are my new friends.
00:25:54
Speaker 2: We have come here to help Penny empty out her
00:25:57
Speaker 2: worry bucket, and I was wondering if we could borrow
00:26:04
Speaker 2: one of your golden dragon eggs for the magical spell.
00:26:10
Speaker 2: The dragon said yes, of course. They picked up a
00:26:16
Speaker 2: magical golden dragon egg. It was glowing so bright, and
00:26:22
Speaker 2: it felt lovely and warm on Penny's skin, so soothing
00:26:27
Speaker 2: and relaxing. As Penny was holding the golden dragon's egg,
00:26:34
Speaker 2: it started to shake. The baby dragon inside it was
00:26:39
Speaker 2: moving around. It felt as though it was ready to hatch.
00:26:45
Speaker 2: It was shaking and wobbling all over the place, and
00:26:51
Speaker 2: it accidentally slipped out of Penny's hand and rolled towards
00:26:57
Speaker 2: the mountain's edge. Before they had a chance to catch
00:27:02
Speaker 2: the golden egg, it slipped down a small crack in
00:27:06
Speaker 2: the mountainside and balanced on a very small branch. Oh, dear,
00:27:15
Speaker 2: how are we going to get the golden egg? Said
00:27:20
Speaker 2: Penny nervously. She thought about the problem and said she
00:27:26
Speaker 2: could try to crawl along the branch and grab the egg.
00:27:32
Speaker 2: She asked her mom to help her along the branch.
00:27:38
Speaker 2: Although Penny was scared, she could see that the golden
00:27:43
Speaker 2: egg really needed her help, so she very slowly and
00:27:50
Speaker 2: carefully crawled across the branch. Her mom crawled behind her
00:28:00
Speaker 2: and kept one hand on Penny's back. When Penny was
00:28:06
Speaker 2: close enough to the egg, she reached out and safely
00:28:11
Speaker 2: grabbed it. Then she returned with her mom to the
00:28:16
Speaker 2: mountain edge. Bell said, well done, Penny. You rescued the
00:28:25
Speaker 2: golden egg. You're so brave. Penny smiled shyly. She had
00:28:34
Speaker 2: been scared, but she'd rescued the egg. The egg in
00:28:40
Speaker 2: Penny's hand started to wobble and shake. Penny, you put
00:28:45
Speaker 2: it gently on the ground. The egg cracked and out
00:28:51
Speaker 2: popped a little baby dragon. The first person it saw
00:28:58
Speaker 2: was Penny. Came running up to her and gave her
00:29:03
Speaker 2: a great big hug. Belle said, oh dear, the dragon
00:29:12
Speaker 2: thinks you're her mummy. We should take her back to
00:29:16
Speaker 2: her real mummy. They safely returned the baby dragon home.
00:29:27
Speaker 2: On their way back from the magical cave, Penny noticed
00:29:32
Speaker 2: a group of children running around and having so much
00:29:37
Speaker 2: fun playing in the land of Sweets. Penny's mom said,
00:29:45
Speaker 2: why don't you go and play have some fun. Penny
00:29:50
Speaker 2: was too scared. She didn't know the children, and she
00:29:55
Speaker 2: didn't want to try something new. She was also worried
00:30:00
Speaker 2: that the other children wouldn't like her. I have an idea,
00:30:07
Speaker 2: said Bell. Let's head over to my chocolate tree house.
00:30:13
Speaker 2: It's a safe place to get rid of worries. As
00:30:17
Speaker 2: they slowly climbed into the treehouse, Penny started to feel sleepy.
00:30:25
Speaker 2: She noticed her eyes starting to close and her arms
00:30:32
Speaker 2: and legs getting heavier and so relaxed, Bell said, my
00:30:43
Speaker 2: treehouse is made of dreaming chocolate, so we'd better not
00:30:49
Speaker 2: stay here too long, otherwise we will all want to
00:30:54
Speaker 2: fall asleep. Now, let's help your worries float away before
00:31:01
Speaker 2: we all fall asleep now. Ah, I can't stop yawning,
00:31:11
Speaker 2: said Penny sleepily. Okay, Penny, said Belle. Take a seat
00:31:20
Speaker 2: on the soft nougar bars and take a nice, big
00:31:25
Speaker 2: breath in and out. I want you to imagine that
00:31:35
Speaker 2: when you go to sleep to night, I will wave
00:31:39
Speaker 2: a magic wand above your head, and a beautiful miracle occurs,
00:31:47
Speaker 2: and when you wake up in the morning, you have
00:31:50
Speaker 2: become the happiest, most confident version of yourself. I wonder
00:31:59
Speaker 2: what you might be doing differently. Take a few moments
00:32:05
Speaker 2: now and imagine the most confident version of yourself waking
00:32:11
Speaker 2: up to morrow. All your worries have floated away, nice
00:32:17
Speaker 2: and relaxed, not a care in the world. Maybe you'll
00:32:24
Speaker 2: be feeling a lot happier and calmer. Perhaps you would
00:32:30
Speaker 2: have the confidence to play with people and have fun.
00:32:36
Speaker 2: I wonder what fun things you'll be doing. How does
00:32:41
Speaker 2: that feel. Perhaps you'd enjoy playing with a magical marble run.
00:32:50
Speaker 2: Just imagine that each of your worries is a marble,
00:32:55
Speaker 2: and we're going to release one marble at a time
00:33:00
Speaker 2: so that they roll away from you, away from your mind,
00:33:06
Speaker 2: away from your body. So let's release the first beautiful marble.
00:33:14
Speaker 2: Now let go of any worries. Watch your worries as
00:33:24
Speaker 2: it rolls down and around and whoosh off it goes brilliant.
00:33:34
Speaker 2: And let's try one more, release your worry and let
00:33:39
Speaker 2: it roll down and around, down and around and whoosh
00:33:47
Speaker 2: off it goes. Feeling relaxed, you might notice that you're
00:33:55
Speaker 2: starting to feel sleepy now, your eyes getting heavier and
00:34:02
Speaker 2: heavier as your worries float away. Feeling safe, calm and relaxed,
00:34:15
Speaker 2: so sleepy, And just like that, Penny fell into a
00:34:23
Speaker 2: wonderfully relaxing, dreamy sleep. The next morning, Penny woke up
00:34:32
Speaker 2: in her bed feeling happy and relaxed. She felt like
00:34:40
Speaker 2: her worry bucket had been emptied. She wondered if she
00:34:45
Speaker 2: had dreamt about her magical adventures. She lazily opened her
00:34:52
Speaker 2: curtains and was greeted by a beautiful, multi colored rainbow.
00:35:00
Speaker 2: She smiled to herself. From that moment on, whenever Penny
00:35:08
Speaker 2: wanted help falling asleep at night, she would think about
00:35:14
Speaker 2: the wonderful rainbow bell, the magical sleep unicorn, and the
00:35:23
Speaker 2: delicious land of sweets,
