It was Kara's last morning in sleepy forest and sunlight streamed in through the pale curtains, spilling out across her pillow like lemonade.

[00:03:24] Kara's eyelids fluttered and twitched and a slow smile spread across her face. She stretched her arms up over her head, her mouth opening out into an enormous yawn and her toes scrunched with excitement. She had spent such a lovely few weeks with her cousins, Coco and Kira, exploring the wonders of sleepy forest and felt so at home in their little log cabin.

[00:03:50] However, she couldn't help but long for her real home, the small town of Playa del Moon deep in the heart of the Amazon rainforest. It had been a brilliant trip, but Kara was definitely ready to head home. Back to her mum, her dad and all her friends. She couldn't wait to give her parents a great big cuddle and hear the news of what they'd been up to.

[00:04:14] She couldn't wait to dig into a tangy bowl of ceviche and taste the lime juice tingling all over her tongue. And she couldn't wait to feel the strong Peruvian sunlight on her shoulders, gently warming her fur after a refreshing dip in the water. She bounced out of bed and padded along the hall, sticking her snout around the corner to see if anybody else had already headed downstairs.

[00:04:42] Her auntie smiled up at her from the kitchen below. Morning Kara! I got up extra early today to prepare a nice big breakfast before you're off to the airport. How do pancakes sound? Kara's eyes twinkled and her smile widened into a great big grin. She breathed, delighted. Wowee!
