00:01:50
Speaker 1: calm Our. Story begins on a warm day in April
00:01:56
Speaker 1: when two wonderful dogs, a golden retrie called Hector and
00:02:02
Speaker 1: his very best friend Sonny, a cocker Spaniel, meet the
00:02:07
Speaker 1: Easter Bunny. The rabbit needs their help to deliver her eggs,
00:02:12
Speaker 1: but says they have to make the eggs first in
00:02:14
Speaker 1: her special underground factory. The dogs follow the bunny into
00:02:19
Speaker 1: a rabbit hole and are taken into a magical world
00:02:23
Speaker 1: where wishes come true. This is Hector and Sonny Meet
00:02:29
Speaker 1: the Easter Bunny by Gillian Rogerson. It was a warm
00:02:41
Speaker 1: day in April, and the sun was shining down on
00:02:44
Speaker 1: two dogs who were playing in a garden. Their owners
00:02:48
Speaker 1: were relaxing in deck chairs on the patio and chatting
00:02:51
Speaker 1: to each other. One of the dogs was a beautiful
00:02:56
Speaker 1: golden retriever called Hector, was visiting the home of his
00:03:01
Speaker 1: very best friend, a Coca Spaniel with reddish brown fur
00:03:05
Speaker 1: and eyes the color of a summer sky. Her name
00:03:10
Speaker 1: was Sonny, and she was showing Hector around the garden
00:03:14
Speaker 1: and telling him all about the fun times she'd had
00:03:17
Speaker 1: playing in it. Sonny smiled at Hector and said, having
00:03:22
Speaker 1: you here, is the best fun of all. I feel
00:03:26
Speaker 1: like there's an adventure waiting for us. Hector, can you
00:03:30
Speaker 1: feel it too. Hector raised his nose and sniffed. He
00:03:36
Speaker 1: nodded and told Sonny he could smell an adventure in
00:03:40
Speaker 1: the air, and his nose never ever let him down.
00:03:46
Speaker 1: He didn't know what the adventure was yet, but it
00:03:49
Speaker 1: was definitely on its way to them. Sonny smiled at
00:03:54
Speaker 1: her lovely friend and continued showing him around the garden.
00:03:58
Speaker 1: She pointed out the place is where she'd hidden things
00:04:01
Speaker 1: that she had taken from the house. Sonny loved hiding things,
00:04:05
Speaker 1: and her owner loved finding them. Sonny took Hector over
00:04:11
Speaker 1: to a tree at the bottom of the garden and giggled.
00:04:14
Speaker 1: She said, I threw an oven glove into the branches
00:04:19
Speaker 1: of this tree a few weeks ago, and my owner
00:04:22
Speaker 1: still hasn't found it. I keep barking at this tree
00:04:25
Speaker 1: to give her a clue, but she hasn't seen the
00:04:27
Speaker 1: glove yet. Hector chuckled and said Sonny was very good
00:04:33
Speaker 1: at hiding things. Sonny said he was too. Her voice
00:04:39
Speaker 1: behind them said that's just the kind of help I
00:04:44
Speaker 1: need today. Animals who are good at hiding things. The
00:04:51
Speaker 1: two dogs turned around and saw a white rabbit standing
00:04:56
Speaker 1: on the grass near a patch of daffodils. Rabbit wasn't
00:05:00
Speaker 1: like any they had seen before, and she was wearing
00:05:04
Speaker 1: a gold waistcoat that had pictures of silver eggs on it.
00:05:09
Speaker 1: Her ears and bushy tail were silver, and they sparkled
00:05:13
Speaker 1: brightly in the spring sunshine. The rabbit waved her poor
00:05:19
Speaker 1: at the surprised dogs and said she was the Easter Bunny.
00:05:24
Speaker 1: She asked the dogs if they had time to help
00:05:27
Speaker 1: her with something that day. The dogs nodded and asked
00:05:32
Speaker 1: what kind of help she needed. The Easter bunny said,
00:05:37
Speaker 1: I have a lot of Easter eggs to deliver, more
00:05:40
Speaker 1: than usual because many baby animals have been born recently
00:05:45
Speaker 1: and they need an egg too. Could you help me
00:05:48
Speaker 1: deliver them please? The dogs nodded again. The Easter bunny
00:05:55
Speaker 1: thanked the dogs and said, first we have to make
00:05:59
Speaker 1: the eggs. It's great fun. My factory is below the ground,
00:06:04
Speaker 1: and we can get to it through this rabbit hole.
00:06:08
Speaker 1: She moved to the side and pointed to a small
00:06:11
Speaker 1: hole in the ground. Hector shook his head. I don't
00:06:17
Speaker 1: think I'll be able to fit through that hole, but
00:06:21
Speaker 1: I'll give it a go. If I get stuck, my
00:06:25
Speaker 1: owner will pull me out. I've been stuck in many
00:06:29
Speaker 1: places before, and he always rescues me. The bunny gave
00:06:35
Speaker 1: Hector a big smile and said, you won't get stuck
00:06:39
Speaker 1: because I'm a magic rabbit and I can make you
00:06:43
Speaker 1: as small as me. I can stop time too, and
00:06:47
Speaker 1: your owners won't even notice you're gone. Would that be okay?
00:06:53
Speaker 1: Hector and Sonny grinned and said yes. Their next advent
00:07:01
Speaker 1: was about to begin. The Easter bunny put a paw
00:07:05
Speaker 1: on the dog's heads and twitched her nose. In a flash,
00:07:11
Speaker 1: Hector and Sonny were as small as the rabbit. To
00:07:16
Speaker 1: their delight, they were also wearing gold and silver waistcoats too,
00:07:21
Speaker 1: just like the Easter bunny. The rabbit asked the dogs
00:07:27
Speaker 1: to follow her. Hector and Sonny looked back at their
00:07:31
Speaker 1: owners and saw that they had been frozen in time.
00:07:36
Speaker 1: Even though their owners couldn't hear them, the dogs waved
00:07:41
Speaker 1: and barked out a goodbye. The Easter bunny hopped over
00:07:45
Speaker 1: to the hole and jumped into it. Hector and Sonny
00:07:50
Speaker 1: didn't know if they were supposed to hop too, They
00:07:54
Speaker 1: gave it a go, but soon discovered hopping wasn't for them,
00:07:58
Speaker 1: so they ran to the hole instead. They jumped into
00:08:02
Speaker 1: the hole and went down into the tunnel that was
00:08:06
Speaker 1: lit by lanterns hanging from the seething The floor was
00:08:11
Speaker 1: covered in soft, springy grass and fresh air flowed warmly
00:08:17
Speaker 1: through the tunnel. The easter bunny hopped onwards and the
00:08:23
Speaker 1: dogs followed her. The tunnel opened up into a huge
00:08:29
Speaker 1: room full of machines, tubes, and rolls of shiny paper.
00:08:36
Speaker 1: The rabbits stood next to the largest machine and asked
00:08:41
Speaker 1: the dogs to come closer. Hector and Sunny were only
00:08:46
Speaker 1: half listening because delicious smells wafted towards them and made
00:08:51
Speaker 1: their mouths water. Hector said, Sonny, canoe smell? I can?
00:09:03
Speaker 1: He sniffed the air and licked his lips. It smells amazing.
00:09:11
Speaker 1: Sonny had a huge smile on her face because she
00:09:15
Speaker 1: could smell all her favorite foods. But where were the
00:09:19
Speaker 1: aromas coming from? They soon found out. They padded over
00:09:26
Speaker 1: to the easter bunny and asked about the yummy smells.
00:09:31
Speaker 1: The bunny pointed to the tubes and explained they were
00:09:35
Speaker 1: full of food that animals loved, and that's what they
00:09:38
Speaker 1: would be using to make the eggs. Hector's eyes grew
00:09:45
Speaker 1: big and round. He asked the bunny if there was
00:09:49
Speaker 1: gravy in one of the tubes, with a smile on
00:09:53
Speaker 1: her furry face. The easter bunny nodded and asked Hector
00:09:59
Speaker 1: if he liked to make a gravy egg. The joy
00:10:03
Speaker 1: that swept over the beautiful golden retriever was too much
00:10:08
Speaker 1: for him, and he had to sit down for a
00:10:10
Speaker 1: moment to take it all in. He asked Sonny if
00:10:15
Speaker 1: he was dreaming. Sonny sat next to her friend and
00:10:21
Speaker 1: said he wasn't dreaming. They grinned at each other and
00:10:26
Speaker 1: stood up, ready to get to work. The rabbit showed
00:10:32
Speaker 1: them how to make gravy flavored eggs using the tubes,
00:10:37
Speaker 1: a couple of levers, and some egg shaped containers. It
00:10:42
Speaker 1: was very easy, and the dog soon made a dozen
00:10:45
Speaker 1: gravy eggs. Hector's eyes twinkled, and Sonny knew he was
00:10:52
Speaker 1: going to ask a cheeky question. She started chuckling. Hector
00:10:57
Speaker 1: was so funny. Hector looked at the easter bunny and said,
00:11:06
Speaker 1: should we try one of the gravy eggs to make
00:11:09
Speaker 1: sure they taste as lovely as they smell. The Easter
00:11:14
Speaker 1: bunny said that was a good idea and asked them
00:11:18
Speaker 1: to choose an egg. Hector told Sonny to choose hers first.
00:11:25
Speaker 1: Sonny looked at the eggs and picked two that were
00:11:28
Speaker 1: the same size. She gave one to Hector. The dogs
00:11:35
Speaker 1: bit into the gravy eggs, yum. They were so delicious
00:11:41
Speaker 1: that Hector had to sit down again. He let out
00:11:46
Speaker 1: the biggest sigh of happiness that Sonny had ever heard.
00:11:53
Speaker 1: The dogs soon finished their eggs and licked their paws
00:11:57
Speaker 1: clean in case any of the tape tasty gravy had
00:12:01
Speaker 1: fallen on to them. The Easter bunny asked the dogs
00:12:05
Speaker 1: if they were ready to make eggs for the animals
00:12:08
Speaker 1: who lived on the nearby farm. Hector and Sonny said
00:12:13
Speaker 1: they were. They made many eggs in different sizes and
00:12:18
Speaker 1: different flavors. Each egg was covered in glimmering gold and
00:12:24
Speaker 1: silver foil. The Easter bunny was busy making eggs too,
00:12:32
Speaker 1: but they were larger than the others, and the dogs
00:12:35
Speaker 1: could see there was something different about them. The Easter
00:12:40
Speaker 1: bunny noticed the dogs giving her curious looks and explained
00:12:46
Speaker 1: the eggs were for new parents because they needed some
00:12:49
Speaker 1: extra help that year. She waved her pow over the
00:12:54
Speaker 1: eggs and explained she had put a wish inside each one,
00:13:00
Speaker 1: and when the eggs were eaten, the parents wishes would
00:13:04
Speaker 1: come true. Sonny wanted to know how the wishes got
00:13:11
Speaker 1: into the eggs like this. The rabbit explained she looked
00:13:18
Speaker 1: at the egg nearest to her and twitched her nose.
00:13:23
Speaker 1: Tiny silver and gold stars rose from her nose and
00:13:28
Speaker 1: drifted down on to the egg. They twinkled for a
00:13:33
Speaker 1: moment on the shell and then disappeared. The rabbit said
00:13:39
Speaker 1: the wish was now inside the egg. The easter bunny
00:13:45
Speaker 1: lightly touched Hector and Sonny's noses and said they could
00:13:49
Speaker 1: make wishes too. The dogs were too amazed to talk
00:13:55
Speaker 1: and shook their heads in disbelief. They had never had
00:13:59
Speaker 1: magical noses before. They watched the rabbit putting another wish
00:14:05
Speaker 1: into an egg, and then they copied her. Tiny silver
00:14:11
Speaker 1: and gold stars came from the top of their noses
00:14:15
Speaker 1: and drifted into the waiting eggs. It made the dogs
00:14:20
Speaker 1: feel all warm inside to know an animal was going
00:14:24
Speaker 1: to have their wish come true. A few minutes later,
00:14:30
Speaker 1: the easter bunny said they had enough eggs and it
00:14:34
Speaker 1: was time to deliver them. She filled up a basket
00:14:39
Speaker 1: with eggs and said she was ready to go. The
00:14:44
Speaker 1: dogs wondered if she had enough. The easter bunny said
00:14:49
Speaker 1: her basket was a special one and when one egg
00:14:53
Speaker 1: was delivered, another one would magically appear in its place.
00:15:00
Speaker 1: Told them it was time to go, and hopped towards
00:15:03
Speaker 1: a tunnel on the other side of the room and
00:15:07
Speaker 1: went inside it. Hector and Sunny followed her. They soon
00:15:15
Speaker 1: came out of the tunnel and into a field. The
00:15:20
Speaker 1: dogs saw lots of cute lambs jumping and bouncing over
00:15:24
Speaker 1: the grass. They were having a lot of fun. Some
00:15:29
Speaker 1: sheep were sitting at the side of the grass and
00:15:32
Speaker 1: kept yawning as they watched their lambs at play. The
00:15:38
Speaker 1: Easter bunny said the sheep were new parents and looked
00:15:42
Speaker 1: like they needed some help. Straight away, she hopped over
00:15:47
Speaker 1: to the sheep. The dogs followed her. The sheep smiled
00:15:53
Speaker 1: at the visitors. We have something for you, The easter
00:15:59
Speaker 1: bunny said. She took some of the special wishing eggs
00:16:03
Speaker 1: from her basket and gave them to the sheep. She
00:16:08
Speaker 1: explained how each egg had a wish inside and they
00:16:13
Speaker 1: could use them straight away if they wanted to. One
00:16:18
Speaker 1: of the sheep said, thank you so much, I know
00:16:23
Speaker 1: exactly what I'd like to wish for. She looked over
00:16:29
Speaker 1: at her friends and could see they were thinking the
00:16:33
Speaker 1: same thing. Hector asked what they were going to wish for.
00:16:39
Speaker 1: The sheep said, our lambs are too busy having fun
00:16:46
Speaker 1: running round this field that they forget to take their
00:16:50
Speaker 1: afternoon naps. And they need their naps because they always
00:16:57
Speaker 1: feel better after taking one. Our lovely sheep dog sends
00:17:03
Speaker 1: us to sleep on a night by singing a sleepy song.
00:17:08
Speaker 1: I'm going to wish for a special naptime song that
00:17:14
Speaker 1: I can sing to my babies to make them fall
00:17:17
Speaker 1: asleep for a while. Her wily friends nodded because that's
00:17:25
Speaker 1: what they were going to wish for too. The Easter
00:17:29
Speaker 1: bunny told the sheep to think about their wish as
00:17:33
Speaker 1: they ate their eggs. The sheep bit into their eggs,
00:17:40
Speaker 1: which had been made from sweet, freshly cut grass. They
00:17:45
Speaker 1: smiled as they savored the delicious taste of it. The
00:17:51
Speaker 1: sheep closed their eyes and made their wishes. They opened
00:17:57
Speaker 1: their eyes and began to sing a new naptime song.
00:18:03
Speaker 1: It was a soothing lullaby, and it was carried on
00:18:07
Speaker 1: a breeze over to the frolicking lambs. The lambs stopped
00:18:14
Speaker 1: bouncing and jumping. They listened to the lovely tune and
00:18:20
Speaker 1: began to yawn. They settled down on the grass, snuggled
00:18:27
Speaker 1: up to each other and fell asleep. Their mothers barred
00:18:33
Speaker 1: softly and thanked the bunny and the dogs for the
00:18:38
Speaker 1: wonderful eggs. Then they fell asleep too. The rabbit and
00:18:47
Speaker 1: the dogs walked across the field until they came to
00:18:52
Speaker 1: other parents who needed their help. They saw a couple
00:18:57
Speaker 1: of goats chasing after their kids kids as they zoomed
00:19:01
Speaker 1: around the field, the kids looked like they were having
00:19:05
Speaker 1: a marvelous time, but their parents didn't look quite so happy.
00:19:12
Speaker 1: Hector and Sonny were good with young animals and young
00:19:17
Speaker 1: humans too, and they knew what they could do to help.
00:19:23
Speaker 1: They bounded over to the baby goats and joined in
00:19:27
Speaker 1: the chasing game. The dogs told the parents they would
00:19:32
Speaker 1: look after their kids for a while because the Easter
00:19:36
Speaker 1: bunny had something to give them. The parents thanked the
00:19:42
Speaker 1: dogs and walked over to the rabbit. A few moments later,
00:19:49
Speaker 1: the goats were tucking into the special eggs. They tasted
00:19:54
Speaker 1: of the goats favorite vegetables, carrots, celery, and ci cucumbers.
00:20:02
Speaker 1: Hector and Sonny continued their chasing game with the kids
00:20:07
Speaker 1: and wondered what their parents had wished for. From out
00:20:13
Speaker 1: of nowhere, a gold guitar and a silver saxophone floated
00:20:20
Speaker 1: down from the sky and landed in the waiting arms
00:20:25
Speaker 1: of the goats. Without wasting any time, the goats began
00:20:32
Speaker 1: to play the instruments. The beautiful sound floated over to
00:20:39
Speaker 1: the running kids and made them stand still. Then the
00:20:46
Speaker 1: young goats began to dance. They twirled and whirled and
00:20:52
Speaker 1: boogied over to their parents and danced in front of them.
00:20:57
Speaker 1: The tune coming from the guitar and saxophone was so
00:21:02
Speaker 1: joyful that Hector and Sonny danced over to the goats too.
00:21:11
Speaker 1: The Easter Bunny told the dogs the goats had wished
00:21:15
Speaker 1: for the instruments because, even though they loved playing games
00:21:20
Speaker 1: with their kids, running around the field all day was
00:21:25
Speaker 1: making them dizzy. They thought dancing would be more fun instead.
00:21:33
Speaker 1: The dogs agreed that dancing was a lot of fun
00:21:37
Speaker 1: and wiggled their bottoms in time to the music. The
00:21:41
Speaker 1: Easter Bunny wiggled her bottom too. The rabbit and the
00:21:47
Speaker 1: dogs danced for a while longer, and then moved on.
00:21:54
Speaker 1: They saw some chickens in the farmyard. They were surrounded
00:21:58
Speaker 1: by a fluffy yellow cloud of chicks who were cheerfully cheaping.
00:22:05
Speaker 1: The chickens flapped their wings at the chicks and asked
00:22:09
Speaker 1: them to hush a little, but the chicks just cheaped
00:22:14
Speaker 1: more loudly. Hector and Sonny came to the rescue again.
00:22:22
Speaker 1: They ran over to the chicks and began to playfully
00:22:26
Speaker 1: chase them around the farmyard. The chicks loved the game
00:22:32
Speaker 1: and chirped in delight. The Easter Bunny hopped over to
00:22:38
Speaker 1: the chickens and gave them the special eggs. She told
00:22:43
Speaker 1: them about the wishes that were inside them. The chickens
00:22:50
Speaker 1: knew what they wanted to wish for. One of them
00:22:55
Speaker 1: told the rabbit how their little chicks loved listening bedtime stories,
00:23:02
Speaker 1: but the mothers had run out of stories and didn't
00:23:05
Speaker 1: know any new ones. She said she was going to
00:23:10
Speaker 1: wish for lots of new stories to tell her babies.
00:23:15
Speaker 1: The other chickens said they would too. The chickens nibbled
00:23:21
Speaker 1: the delicious eggs, which were made from yummy seeds. As
00:23:26
Speaker 1: soon as the eggs had been eaten, the chickens got
00:23:30
Speaker 1: ideas for new stories and called their chicks over to them.
00:23:38
Speaker 1: As soon as the little fluffy animals were sitting down,
00:23:43
Speaker 1: one of the mothers began to tell them a story
00:23:47
Speaker 1: about a little koala who lived in a magical forest.
00:23:53
Speaker 1: The chicks listened and didn't make a single cheap Hector
00:24:00
Speaker 1: and Sonny listen to the story too, who made them
00:24:05
Speaker 1: feel a bit sleepy. Sonny asked the rabbit if other
00:24:10
Speaker 1: parents needed their help. No, but I still have work
00:24:16
Speaker 1: to do, the Easter bunny said. She asked the dogs
00:24:22
Speaker 1: if they still wanted to help her. The dog said
00:24:26
Speaker 1: they would love to. The Easter bunny said, we have
00:24:32
Speaker 1: to hide the rest of the eggs in different places
00:24:35
Speaker 1: so that the farm animals can find them. Can you
00:24:39
Speaker 1: help me do that? Sonny couldn't stop herself from smiling.
00:24:45
Speaker 1: She told the rabbits she loved hiding things and could
00:24:49
Speaker 1: do it all day long. The Easter bunny smiled and
00:24:55
Speaker 1: said it wouldn't take that long. She twitched her nose
00:25:00
Speaker 1: and two baskets full of eggs magically appeared in front
00:25:05
Speaker 1: of Hector and Sonny. The bunny asked the dogs to
00:25:10
Speaker 1: hide the eggs around the farm. Hector asked if the
00:25:16
Speaker 1: eggs had wishes in them too, No, the rabbit replied,
00:25:24
Speaker 1: but you can put some in it if you like.
00:25:27
Speaker 1: You still have some magic in your noses. Hector was
00:25:32
Speaker 1: hoping the rabbit would say that because he loved using
00:25:37
Speaker 1: his magic nose. Sonny did too, and the dogs twitched
00:25:42
Speaker 1: their noses until the gold and silver stars appeared and
00:25:48
Speaker 1: then drifted into the eggs. When all the eggs had
00:25:53
Speaker 1: wishes safely inside them, Sonny picked up her basket in
00:25:58
Speaker 1: her mouth and bounded away across the yard. She hid
00:26:04
Speaker 1: her eggs in as many different places as she could find.
00:26:10
Speaker 1: At the back of the horse's stables, on the soft straw,
00:26:16
Speaker 1: lined up next to some baby carrots nestling in the soil,
00:26:23
Speaker 1: carefully balanced on the rungs of a ladder, inside a barn,
00:26:29
Speaker 1: on top of a plant pot, outside the kitchen door,
00:26:34
Speaker 1: and inside a pair of socks that were hanging from
00:26:38
Speaker 1: the washing line. Sonny finished hiding the eggs and then
00:26:44
Speaker 1: helped Hector hide some of his too. When all the
00:26:49
Speaker 1: eggs had been hidden, they ran back to the Easter
00:26:53
Speaker 1: Bunny and asked if there was anything else they needed
00:26:57
Speaker 1: to do. Bunny said, nope, thank you. All the eggs
00:27:05
Speaker 1: have been hidden, and I know the animals will have
00:27:08
Speaker 1: fun looking for them, and they'll have fun making their
00:27:13
Speaker 1: wishes come true. But how they know there are wishes
00:27:19
Speaker 1: inside the eggs? Hector asked, do we have to tell them?
00:27:26
Speaker 1: The Easter Bunny smiled wisely and said every animal had
00:27:32
Speaker 1: wishes deep within their hearts that were waiting to come true.
00:27:38
Speaker 1: When the animals ate the special eggs, their dearest wishes
00:27:44
Speaker 1: would come true straight away. Hector and Sonny would have
00:27:50
Speaker 1: liked to see those wishes come true, but they kept
00:27:55
Speaker 1: yawning and knew it was time to return home. The
00:28:01
Speaker 1: Easter Bunny noticed how tired the dogs were. She twitched
00:28:06
Speaker 1: her nose and a rabbit hole magically appeared in front
00:28:11
Speaker 1: of the dogs. She told them it would lead straight
00:28:16
Speaker 1: to Sunny's garden, and once they climbed out of the hole,
00:28:21
Speaker 1: the dogs would grow back to their normal size and
00:28:25
Speaker 1: time would become unfrozen. Hector and Sunny were about to
00:28:33
Speaker 1: move towards the hole, When two new eggs appeared in
00:28:39
Speaker 1: their baskets, the Easter bunny said they were for the
00:28:44
Speaker 1: dogs and they had wishes inside them. Hector and Sonny
00:28:50
Speaker 1: looked at the eggs. They thought about how they could
00:28:55
Speaker 1: use their wishes. Sonny smiled at Hect and said, I
00:29:03
Speaker 1: can't think of anything to wish for. I have everything
00:29:07
Speaker 1: I want, and I've got you as my best friend.
00:29:12
Speaker 1: I don't need anything else. Hector said he felt the
00:29:17
Speaker 1: same way. The dogs looked at the kind hearted Easter
00:29:22
Speaker 1: bunny and said they wanted her to have the eggs
00:29:27
Speaker 1: and the wishes inside. The Easter bunny was touched by
00:29:33
Speaker 1: their kindness and said she'd never been given wishes before.
00:29:39
Speaker 1: She smiled and admitted she'd love to go skiing, so
00:29:45
Speaker 1: she might use one of her wishes for a skiing holiday.
00:29:51
Speaker 1: Hector and Sonny said goodbye to the rabbit and then
00:29:55
Speaker 1: jumped into the hole. They ran along the tunnel and
00:30:01
Speaker 1: came out in Sonny's garden. Their gold waistcoats disappeared, and
00:30:07
Speaker 1: they grew back to their normal size. The dogs yawned
00:30:14
Speaker 1: and settled down in the shade of a tree. They
00:30:18
Speaker 1: thought about the lovely day they'd had and the animals
00:30:22
Speaker 1: they had met. Sonny smiled sleepily at her best friend
00:30:30
Speaker 1: and said, Hector, I'm so glad I get to have
00:30:36
Speaker 1: adventures with you. Hector said me too, and I think
00:30:44
Speaker 1: there are more adventures waiting for us. He yawned. Sonny
00:30:52
Speaker 1: did too. Their owners walked over to their resting pets
00:30:58
Speaker 1: and smiled down at them them. Sonny's owner looked up
00:31:03
Speaker 1: at the sky through the branches of the tree. She
00:31:08
Speaker 1: chuckled when she saw her missing oven glove resting on
00:31:14
Speaker 1: one of the branches. Hector and Sonny fell into a
00:31:20
Speaker 1: RESTful sleep and dreamed about the day they had met
00:31:26
Speaker 1: the Easter bunny.
