Well, it's super easy when you know how, so let me talk you through the options. For those of you who use an iPhone or iPad to listen, you can become Sleepiest Plus members by downloading the Sleepiest app. You can find Sleepiest in the Apple app Store, and by joining Sleepiest Plus you get access to add free listening and premium episodes of Koala Moon, alongside a library of over three hundred Sleepy bedtime stories, ninety original soundscapes, and one hundred and seventy calming meditations. You can even create your own bespoke sleep music using our mixer with a ton of unique sounds. The Sleepiest app is perfect for the whole family, not just kids.
