00:00:28
Speaker 1: special shout out to Anjarlie who got to join the
00:00:31
Speaker 1: Coco Club for her fifth birthday. Yes, and we're also
00:00:35
Speaker 1: shouting out Soora, Penelope Rose and their dog Beasley, Madeline
00:00:40
Speaker 1: Avery and Austin Scarlett and Jake, Amy Bree and Eila,
00:00:46
Speaker 1: Piper and Ziggie. You guys are the absolute best. Thank
00:00:51
Speaker 1: you so much for following, subscribing, listening, and telling your
00:00:55
Speaker 1: friends about us doing all the things. This clubhouse is
00:00:59
Speaker 1: bursting at the seams and we love it. If you
00:01:02
Speaker 1: want to see this dedication to you, it'll be on
00:01:04
Speaker 1: our Instagram and YouTube, so at some point you're grown
00:01:07
Speaker 1: up can take a look. But not right now, because
00:01:10
Speaker 1: right now it is bedtime and we are in danger
00:01:13
Speaker 1: of getting way too awake. So let's dial it down.
00:01:17
Speaker 1: Check we're ready for bed. Yeah, okay, and you get
00:01:23
Speaker 1: make yourself nice and cozy in there and take some
00:01:27
Speaker 1: calming breaths in.
00:01:31
Speaker 2: And out.
00:01:33
Speaker 1: That's it. Snuggle on down in your bed and close
00:01:37
Speaker 1: your eyes. Imagine you're standing on a leafy street with
00:01:45
Speaker 1: a beautiful, big house in front of you. It's so pretty,
00:01:49
Speaker 1: with a big tennis court in the garden and grand
00:01:52
Speaker 1: tall windows that are slightly open. You can hear the
00:01:57
Speaker 1: gentle sound of classical music in the air. And strolling
00:02:02
Speaker 1: around the front garden sniffing the flowers, you see a
00:02:05
Speaker 1: cute little dog. She's very little in fact, and remind
00:02:09
Speaker 1: you of a sausage. On one of the windowsills, you
00:02:13
Speaker 1: can see a small cage and inside is a little
00:02:16
Speaker 1: ball of fur. Tonight, I'm going to introduce you to
00:02:20
Speaker 1: an unlikely duo of animal friends called Mister Chill and
00:02:24
Speaker 1: Missy Chippolata, two beloved pets who live together in their
00:02:29
Speaker 1: owner's mansion. When their owners pop out for the day,
00:02:32
Speaker 1: the pets decide to explore the humongous house that they
00:02:36
Speaker 1: call home and have lots of fun along the way.
00:02:39
Speaker 1: It's time to begin. Mister Chill and Missy Chippolata by
00:02:45
Speaker 1: Alicia Ainslie. In her comfy cage in a little boy's
00:02:56
Speaker 1: bedroom lived a chinchilla named mister Chill. As his name suggests,
00:03:02
Speaker 1: mister Chill was anything but energetic. Mister Chill was the
00:03:07
Speaker 1: chillis chinchilla you ever did see. He spent most of
00:03:12
Speaker 1: his leisurely days relaxing and reclining in the beautiful, large
00:03:16
Speaker 1: cage that sat in the bedroom of his owner, Finley
00:03:20
Speaker 1: de Vere. When nine year old Finley first brought mister
00:03:24
Speaker 1: Chill the chinchilla home from the pet store, he had
00:03:27
Speaker 1: named him Scampers and bought him all sorts of fun inducing,
00:03:31
Speaker 1: energy burning toys to keep him occupied. In his cage.
00:03:35
Speaker 1: He had a large hamster wheel to run on and
00:03:38
Speaker 1: bundles of straw that had been set out in a
00:03:40
Speaker 1: maze like pattern to keep the chinchilla occupied. He also
00:03:44
Speaker 1: had a number of squeaky plushies and chew toys to
00:03:48
Speaker 1: nora on as he pleased. Finley had even got him
00:03:51
Speaker 1: a plastic ball that he could roll around in outside
00:03:55
Speaker 1: of his cage. However, after a few days of knowing
00:03:59
Speaker 1: the chinchilla, Finley realized that mister Chill wasn't interested. Instead
00:04:05
Speaker 1: of running on the hamster wheel, the chinchilla preferred to
00:04:09
Speaker 1: lie down on it like a hammock and allow the
00:04:11
Speaker 1: rocking motion to lull him to sleep. Rather than getting
00:04:15
Speaker 1: lost in the maze of straw, he had pulled it
00:04:19
Speaker 1: apart and fashioned it into a plump cozy bed that
00:04:21
Speaker 1: he lays around in, and the squeaky toys and chew
00:04:25
Speaker 1: toys went completely untouched on account of their noisiness. It
00:04:31
Speaker 1: wasn't long before young Finley realized that the name Scampers
00:04:36
Speaker 1: was totally inappropriate for his pet, Chinchiller, and promptly changed
00:04:41
Speaker 1: his name to mister Chill. So what did mister Chill
00:04:45
Speaker 1: do all day? Well, he did what he loved to do.
00:04:51
Speaker 1: He relaxed, he slept, he listened to classical music on
00:04:57
Speaker 1: Finley's bedroom radio, and he dedicate time to meditation. Mister
00:05:04
Speaker 1: Chill enjoyed the peaceful life. Finley left the cage door
00:05:09
Speaker 1: open at all times so that mister Chill could wander
00:05:12
Speaker 1: around as he pleased. However, the lazy Chinchiller usually preferred
00:05:17
Speaker 1: to stay in his luxurious cage. Finley never had to
00:05:22
Speaker 1: worry about mister Chill wandering off because he walked so slowly.
00:05:27
Speaker 1: Mister Chill had never picked up the pace of his
00:05:30
Speaker 1: little legs in his life. Besides, mister Chill would never
00:05:35
Speaker 1: want to run away from Finley anyway, he loved his life.
00:05:39
Speaker 1: He adored his young owner, he liked his comfortable cage,
00:05:43
Speaker 1: and he was a very lucky Chinchiller on account of
00:05:47
Speaker 1: the fact that he lived in a huge mansion. The
00:05:52
Speaker 1: mansion had ten bedrooms and a tennis court outside, sprawling
00:05:56
Speaker 1: gardens and a swimming pool. Plus they had a cinema
00:06:01
Speaker 1: room and a huge sparkling kitchen with a walking fridge
00:06:05
Speaker 1: full of scrumptious food for the taking. It was any
00:06:10
Speaker 1: pet's paradise. Luckily, mister Chill had another fury friend to
00:06:16
Speaker 1: share it all with. Finley's eleven year old sister, Bell
00:06:20
Speaker 1: had a pet two except Bell's pet was a bit
00:06:24
Speaker 1: more lively than mister Chill, not that that was hard.
00:06:29
Speaker 1: Bell had a chocolate brown Daxon puppy who she had
00:06:32
Speaker 1: called missus Chippolata on account of the fact that she
00:06:36
Speaker 1: looked a bit like a sausage with legs. Missy Chippolata
00:06:41
Speaker 1: always wore a red ribbon in the shape of a
00:06:44
Speaker 1: bow on her forehead, and her red collar jingled as
00:06:48
Speaker 1: she walked. Mister Chill could always hear when Missy was nearby.
00:06:55
Speaker 1: Missy was a lot wackier in comparison to mister Chill,
00:06:59
Speaker 1: but that may made them the perfect pair of friends.
00:07:03
Speaker 1: Missy urged mister Chill out of his cage and out
00:07:06
Speaker 1: of his sedentary habits, and mister Chill balanced out Missy
00:07:10
Speaker 1: and calmed her down when she got a bit too hyperactive.
00:07:15
Speaker 1: Missy would often wonder into Findley's bedroom to visit mister Chill.
00:07:20
Speaker 1: He would sit in his cage and read poetry to Missy,
00:07:24
Speaker 1: educating her on the works of his favorite poets such
00:07:28
Speaker 1: as Edgar Allan Poe and William Shakespeare. Alternatively, Missy would
00:07:34
Speaker 1: excitedly tell mister Chill all about her adventures on her
00:07:38
Speaker 1: walks and update him on her progress in her swimming
00:07:41
Speaker 1: lessons in the family's pool. One day, the devere family
00:07:46
Speaker 1: set out for the day and weren't expected to be
00:07:49
Speaker 1: home until nightfall, so it was the perfect opportunity for
00:07:54
Speaker 1: mister Chill and Missy Chippolata to spend the day together,
00:08:00
Speaker 1: the two of them enjoying the mansion they called home.
00:08:06
Speaker 1: Mister Chill was peacefully napping in his bed of straw
00:08:10
Speaker 1: when he heard the familiar jingle of Missus's collar coming
00:08:13
Speaker 1: down the hall. He glanced out of the corner of
00:08:16
Speaker 1: his eye and spotted the bedroom door opening in trotted
00:08:21
Speaker 1: Missy Chippolata, Good morning, mister Chill, she greeted him cheerfully.
00:08:28
Speaker 1: Mister Chill stretched his little arms above his head and
00:08:32
Speaker 1: yawned in his poshtrawl. Good morning, Missy. What a delightful
00:08:42
Speaker 1: day it is, he added, referring to the sun streaming
00:08:46
Speaker 1: in through the bedroom window. Missus sat beneath his cage,
00:08:51
Speaker 1: perched on the desk and announced, guess what, Finley Bell
00:08:56
Speaker 1: and their parents have gone out for the whole day,
00:08:59
Speaker 1: so you know what that means. A knowing smile crept
00:09:04
Speaker 1: across mister Chill's lips, and he sat upright before replying,
00:09:10
Speaker 1: I do know what that means. That means that we
00:09:18
Speaker 1: have the mansion to ourselves today. I would like to
00:09:24
Speaker 1: take a stroll in the grounds. It is such a
00:09:28
Speaker 1: beautiful day. Mister Chill rolled out of his straw bed
00:09:34
Speaker 1: and plodded over to the open door of his cage.
00:09:38
Speaker 1: He slowly paced along his usual route to the floor.
00:09:44
Speaker 1: He walked along the desktop onto the window sill, and
00:09:50
Speaker 1: expertly slid down the curtain all the way to the floor,
00:09:55
Speaker 1: as if he was absailing down a mountain with his
00:10:00
Speaker 1: feet firmly on the ground. Missy turned on her heels
00:10:05
Speaker 1: and headed towards the bedroom door, calling out, come on, Chilly,
00:10:10
Speaker 1: let's go. Mister Chill stopped in his tracks, tuttered, and replied, please,
00:10:20
Speaker 1: don't call me that again. Missy grinned mischievously and led
00:10:27
Speaker 1: the way out of the bedroom and into the hallway.
00:10:31
Speaker 1: As the furry pair rounded the corner, they bumped into
00:10:34
Speaker 1: Finley and Bell's Grannie Marta. Grannie Marta was a sweet,
00:10:39
Speaker 1: kind hearted woman who loved to give out cuddles, especially
00:10:43
Speaker 1: to her grandchildren and their pets. Hello you, two, Grannie
00:10:49
Speaker 1: Martin smiled. Are we off for a little adventure again
00:10:54
Speaker 1: while everyone is out? Grannie Marta was used to bumping
00:10:59
Speaker 1: into mister Chill Missy Chippolata wandering around the house when
00:11:02
Speaker 1: the family were out. She found it rather amusing seeing
00:11:06
Speaker 1: the chinchiller and sausage dog toddling around the house together.
00:11:12
Speaker 1: Missy trotted over to Grannie Marta and greeted her with
00:11:15
Speaker 1: a wag of her dinky tail. Grannie Marta bent down
00:11:19
Speaker 1: and stroked Missy's back, reaching into her pocket and pulling
00:11:23
Speaker 1: out a doggie treat. Missy sat down instantly and waited
00:11:28
Speaker 1: for her treat like a good girl. Grannie Marta held
00:11:33
Speaker 1: out the treat to Missy and a sausage dog gobbled
00:11:36
Speaker 1: it up quickly and gratefully. Grannie Marta chuckled and turned
00:11:40
Speaker 1: to mister Chill. Would you like a treat as well,
00:11:44
Speaker 1: mister Chill, she whispered. Mister Chill waddled over to Granny
00:11:50
Speaker 1: Marta eagerly, then sat down too, just like an obedient dog.
00:11:57
Speaker 1: Grannie Martina passed a treat into his tiny hands and
00:12:01
Speaker 1: he munched away at it, swallowing every last crumb. Grannie
00:12:07
Speaker 1: Marta patted his soft, fuzzy head and said, now, you
00:12:12
Speaker 1: two have a nice day, and don't forget to stay
00:12:16
Speaker 1: out of mischief. With happy bellies full of treats, the
00:12:22
Speaker 1: furry pair thanked Grannie Martyr and continued their journey down
00:12:26
Speaker 1: the long corridor to the grand staircase. Usually it would
00:12:31
Speaker 1: take Missy next to no time to walk around the mansion,
00:12:35
Speaker 1: but with mister Chill by her side walking at such
00:12:39
Speaker 1: a slow pace, he was taking twice as long. But
00:12:44
Speaker 1: Missy didn't want to hurry him. There was no point
00:12:47
Speaker 1: trying to rush mister Chill, he would move at his
00:12:51
Speaker 1: own leisurely pace as he pleased. It forced Missy to
00:12:57
Speaker 1: take in her surroundings and gave her a new sense
00:13:00
Speaker 1: of appreciation for where they lived. The long hallways were
00:13:07
Speaker 1: decorated with magnificent oil paintings and artwork, and small gold
00:13:13
Speaker 1: chandeliers hung down from the ceiling. Mister Chill pointed to
00:13:18
Speaker 1: an obscure painting on the wall of a person whose
00:13:22
Speaker 1: facial features had been jumbled around so much that it
00:13:26
Speaker 1: looked like their nose was on the wrong side of
00:13:29
Speaker 1: their face. That's a Picasso, Mister Chill informed Missy. Like
00:13:37
Speaker 1: he was a tour guide at an art museum, he
00:13:41
Speaker 1: was a pioneer of Cubism, as you can see from
00:13:46
Speaker 1: the collage like design in this painting. Missy nodded her
00:13:51
Speaker 1: head as if she understood. However, inside her brain she
00:13:57
Speaker 1: was dreaming about what food she might find in the
00:14:00
Speaker 1: walk in fridge today. The pair made it to the
00:14:04
Speaker 1: end of the long hallway and down the wide marble
00:14:08
Speaker 1: staircase to the bottom floor of the mansion. Mister Chill
00:14:14
Speaker 1: turned to Missy and asked, what shall we do first?
00:14:21
Speaker 1: Missy suggested that they head to the hot top, like
00:14:25
Speaker 1: they often did to relax and unwind before they explored
00:14:30
Speaker 1: the house any further. It had been a long journey
00:14:34
Speaker 1: from Finley's bedroom to downstairs and they deserved a rest.
00:14:40
Speaker 1: The chinchilla and sausage dog made their way outside to
00:14:44
Speaker 1: the swimming pool area. The sun was shining and there
00:14:48
Speaker 1: were a couple of inflatable beds floating around the pool,
00:14:52
Speaker 1: suggesting that the family had been enjoying the water this morning.
00:14:57
Speaker 1: Mister Chill and Missy chipolata I passed the swimming pool
00:15:01
Speaker 1: and headed straight for the hot tub in the corner
00:15:04
Speaker 1: of the patio. They climbed into the warm, bubbling water,
00:15:10
Speaker 1: sat down on the seats within, and laid their heads
00:15:14
Speaker 1: back against the sides. With the sun on their furry
00:15:19
Speaker 1: faces and the toasty waters massaging their bodies, they felt
00:15:23
Speaker 1: totally relaxed. Ah they both sighed with contentment. Mister Chill
00:15:33
Speaker 1: and Missy closed their eyes and listened to the sounds
00:15:37
Speaker 1: of the outdoors. There were birds in the trees and
00:15:42
Speaker 1: bees buzzing around the flowers in the garden. A lawn
00:15:47
Speaker 1: mower could be heard off in the distance, and of course,
00:15:51
Speaker 1: the bubbling water popped and fizzed around them, but otherwise
00:15:58
Speaker 1: it was totally quiet. There was nobody else around and
00:16:04
Speaker 1: they could rest and enjoy the hot tub in peace.
00:16:09
Speaker 1: Mister Chill didn't know how the Devere family managed to
00:16:13
Speaker 1: get anything done with so many enticing luxuries around their home.
00:16:21
Speaker 1: If he could muster the energy, he would spend every
00:16:25
Speaker 1: day in the hot tub or floating around on a
00:16:28
Speaker 1: lila in the pool with a glass of lemonade. They
00:16:33
Speaker 1: sat in the hot tub for a while until their
00:16:35
Speaker 1: fingertips began to wrinkle and they decided it was time
00:16:39
Speaker 1: to get out. They stepped out onto the patio and
00:16:43
Speaker 1: shook their furry bodies to dry off. Missy turned to
00:16:47
Speaker 1: mister Chill and asked, so where to next. Mister Chill
00:16:54
Speaker 1: took a look around. He did really want to go
00:16:57
Speaker 1: for a stroll in the garden. However, he knew that
00:17:00
Speaker 1: Missy was particularly excited to try out the cinema room,
00:17:05
Speaker 1: so he suggested they go check it out first. Missus
00:17:09
Speaker 1: tail wagged with elation and she trotted off, immediately leading
00:17:13
Speaker 1: the way to the cinema room. The cinema room was
00:17:17
Speaker 1: tucked away towards the back of the house between the
00:17:20
Speaker 1: garage and the kitchen. In order to reach it, Missy
00:17:24
Speaker 1: and mister Chill had to pass through the kitchen. Luckily,
00:17:28
Speaker 1: this provided the perfect opportunity to grab some snacks. Missy
00:17:34
Speaker 1: and mister Chill toddled into the kitchen and made their
00:17:37
Speaker 1: way over to the huge walking fridge. Inside there were
00:17:42
Speaker 1: all sorts of cold, tasty treats and snacks, and even
00:17:47
Speaker 1: a big freezer cabinet. Missy hopped up onto her hind
00:17:53
Speaker 1: legs and used her front two paws to push the
00:17:56
Speaker 1: freezer lid up. Then mister Chill lazily climbed her back
00:18:02
Speaker 1: and up onto her head and then hopped off into
00:18:07
Speaker 1: the freezer to find what he was looking for. After
00:18:11
Speaker 1: a little bit of rummaging, he found it. He pulled
00:18:15
Speaker 1: two small pots of frozen yogurt out from under a
00:18:18
Speaker 1: pack of frozen peas and passed them over the edge
00:18:22
Speaker 1: of the freezer to Missy. She placed the two tubs
00:18:25
Speaker 1: of frozen yogurt on the floor and allowed mister Chill
00:18:29
Speaker 1: to climb back down her body to the ground. Oh goody,
00:18:35
Speaker 1: Missy cried as she inspected the flavors mister Chill had grabbed.
00:18:40
Speaker 1: He had grabbed a raspberry flavor for her and a
00:18:43
Speaker 1: banana flavor for himself, both of their favorites. With their
00:18:49
Speaker 1: snacks at the ready, Missy Chippolata and mister Chill went
00:18:53
Speaker 1: through to the cinema room. There was a dark room
00:18:57
Speaker 1: set up with four snazzy leather reclining chairs, one for
00:19:01
Speaker 1: each of the Devere family members. There were cup holders
00:19:05
Speaker 1: in the arms of each chair, and a space to
00:19:08
Speaker 1: hold snacks like popcorn, sweets, and in their case, frozen yogurt.
00:19:16
Speaker 1: In front of the chairs, covering the entirety of the
00:19:19
Speaker 1: wall was a giant cinema screen. Mister Chill gestured to
00:19:25
Speaker 1: the reclining chairs and said, shall we. Missy raced forward,
00:19:32
Speaker 1: leaping up onto one of the reclining chairs in the
00:19:35
Speaker 1: middle of the room, whilst mister Chill casually sauntered over
00:19:40
Speaker 1: and climbed up onto the seat next to her. Missy
00:19:44
Speaker 1: pressed the remote control that had been left in one
00:19:47
Speaker 1: of the cup holders and whispered with anticipation, I wonder
00:19:52
Speaker 1: what movie they've left in the player today. The giant
00:19:56
Speaker 1: screen kicked into action and a film began to play
00:20:00
Speaker 1: from where it had been last left off. It was
00:20:03
Speaker 1: a film that Missy and mister Chill both recognized it
00:20:07
Speaker 1: was an animated film about a bunch of animals who
00:20:11
Speaker 1: could talk to one another and embarked on an adventure
00:20:14
Speaker 1: to save their local park. A film about talking animals
00:20:19
Speaker 1: seemed a perfect choice for a couple of talking animals
00:20:22
Speaker 1: to watch. Mister Chill and Missy Chippolata laid back in
00:20:28
Speaker 1: the reclining chairs and relaxed, eating up their delicious frozen
00:20:33
Speaker 1: yogurts and enjoying the film. At one point, mister Chill
00:20:39
Speaker 1: was so relaxed that he dozed off and fell asleep,
00:20:42
Speaker 1: missing half of the movie. Missy nudged him and grabbed
00:20:47
Speaker 1: his attention just in time for the film's grand finale. Though,
00:20:52
Speaker 1: when the movie was over, the screen faded to black
00:20:57
Speaker 1: and the cinema room was dark and silent. Once again,
00:21:02
Speaker 1: Missy sat up in her chair and licked the remaining
00:21:04
Speaker 1: melted dregs of frozen yogurt out at the bottom of
00:21:07
Speaker 1: the tub. What shall we do now, she asked mister Chill,
00:21:12
Speaker 1: who was fully reclined in his chair. He looked up
00:21:17
Speaker 1: at the ceiling and said, sleepily, I'm in the mood
00:21:23
Speaker 1: for some quiet time. Missus sprang out of her chair
00:21:29
Speaker 1: and cut him off, suggesting, I know exactly where we
00:21:32
Speaker 1: can go for some quiet.
00:21:34
Speaker 2: Time, the library.
00:21:37
Speaker 1: Mister Chill didn't need Missy to lead the way to
00:21:41
Speaker 1: this room. He had been to the library many times before.
00:21:47
Speaker 1: Mister Chill and Missy Chipolata walked to the library on
00:21:50
Speaker 1: the other side of the house. Mister Chill selected a
00:21:54
Speaker 1: book to read off one of the bottom shelves, a
00:21:57
Speaker 1: novel by Kenneth Graham called The Wind in the Willows,
00:22:01
Speaker 1: and sat down in a comfortable arm chair by the fireplace.
00:22:06
Speaker 1: The fire wasn't lit to day on account of the warm,
00:22:09
Speaker 1: sunny weather outside, but he liked to imagine that it
00:22:13
Speaker 1: was filled with a roaring fire. Reading by the fire
00:22:18
Speaker 1: was a day dream that mister Chill often liked to
00:22:22
Speaker 1: indulge in, and as he sat in the armchair in
00:22:26
Speaker 1: the library now he imagined that he was in a
00:22:30
Speaker 1: log cabin in the wilderness. While mister Chill read in peace,
00:22:36
Speaker 1: Missy curled up on the fluffy rug on the floor.
00:22:40
Speaker 1: The fluff felt luxuriously soft and silky against her back,
00:22:45
Speaker 1: and she rolled around in it delightedly, making herself comfortable. Then,
00:22:53
Speaker 1: once she had found the perfect position, she laid still
00:22:57
Speaker 1: and closed her eyes, closing off for a little nap.
00:23:03
Speaker 1: Mister Chill and missus Chippolata relaxed in the quiet library
00:23:07
Speaker 1: for some time, enjoying the slow pace and the tranquil silence.
00:23:14
Speaker 1: After a while, mister Chill glanced up from his book
00:23:18
Speaker 1: and checked the time on the clock on the wall.
00:23:22
Speaker 1: It was a little after four o'clock and the Devere
00:23:26
Speaker 1: family would no doubt be returning home soon. There was
00:23:31
Speaker 1: one last thing that mister Chill wanted to do while
00:23:34
Speaker 1: the family were out, that he had been longing to
00:23:37
Speaker 1: do all day. Missy stirred and turned to the chinchilla,
00:23:43
Speaker 1: who was sitting expectantly in the armchair. Mister Chill smiled
00:23:49
Speaker 1: and said, in his refined voice, shall we take a
00:23:55
Speaker 1: stroll in the garden? Before the days through? Missy and
00:24:02
Speaker 1: mister Chill wandered out into the garden and walked along
00:24:06
Speaker 1: the lawn. The sun was still shining bright, and the
00:24:11
Speaker 1: lawn mower had finished its work for the day. They
00:24:16
Speaker 1: had chosen a perfect time to walk around the beautiful,
00:24:19
Speaker 1: sprawling gardens. Mister Chill's little legs could only carry him
00:24:26
Speaker 1: so far before he became tired, but Missy, in comparison,
00:24:31
Speaker 1: could walk and walk for as long as she pleased,
00:24:35
Speaker 1: so they compromised and took a short stroll around the flowers.
00:24:41
Speaker 1: As they passed the pretty rose bushes, they looked back
00:24:45
Speaker 1: at the mansion and noticed Granny Marta placing two glasses
00:24:49
Speaker 1: on the table outside. She waved at the pair and
00:24:53
Speaker 1: crawled out across the lawn. You I've bought you both
00:25:00
Speaker 1: the little refreshment. Mister Chill and Missy Chippolata gratefully waddled
00:25:07
Speaker 1: across the grass and back towards the house. Marta had
00:25:11
Speaker 1: poured them each a glass of fresh lemonade and placed
00:25:15
Speaker 1: little straws in the glasses to make it easier for
00:25:18
Speaker 1: them to sip. Mister Chill and Missy sat down on
00:25:23
Speaker 1: seats at opposite ends of the small patio table to
00:25:27
Speaker 1: sip their refreshing lemonade whilst looking out on the magnificent lawn.
00:25:34
Speaker 1: Missy Chippolatu sighed and commented, we really are very lucky
00:25:41
Speaker 1: to live here, aren't we. Mister Chill nodded his head
00:25:46
Speaker 1: and replied, indeed, we are very lucky. They finished their
00:25:54
Speaker 1: glasses of lemonade as the sun traveled through the sky,
00:25:58
Speaker 1: reaching the trees on the edge of the garden and
00:26:01
Speaker 1: beginning to descend behind. Granny Marta came back out onto
00:26:07
Speaker 1: the patio and cleared up their glasses. She patted them
00:26:12
Speaker 1: both on the head and said in her sweet voice, Oh,
00:26:17
Speaker 1: I do hope you too had a lovely day. You'll
00:26:22
Speaker 1: be happy to know that the rest of the family
00:26:25
Speaker 1: are on their way home now. Mister Chill and Missy
00:26:31
Speaker 1: Chippolata smiled. They were always happy to see their owners,
00:26:36
Speaker 1: Finley and Bell, and mister and Missus de Vere too.
00:26:42
Speaker 1: It had been a wonderful day, but as mister Chill yawned,
00:26:48
Speaker 1: he decided it was time to return to his lovely
00:26:51
Speaker 1: cage to rest. He could use a good sleep right
00:26:56
Speaker 1: about now after a day full of so much walking
00:27:00
Speaker 1: and exploring. The pair walked back into the house and
00:27:06
Speaker 1: up the stairs. Mister Chill climbed his way back into
00:27:11
Speaker 1: his cage in Finley's bedroom. Just as he snuggled up
00:27:16
Speaker 1: in his comfy straw bed, he heard the familiar voices
00:27:21
Speaker 1: of the Devir's echo throughout the mansion. They were home.
00:27:28
Speaker 1: Missy watched mister Chill get comfortable in his cage and
00:27:32
Speaker 1: whispered before heading off to her own bed.
00:27:37
Speaker 2: Good night, mister Chill. Thank you for joining me for
00:27:42
Speaker 2: such a great day around the house. Mister Chill wished
00:27:48
Speaker 2: her a good night too. He always had a fun
00:27:52
Speaker 2: time with Missy. Missy pattered off to her own bed,
00:27:57
Speaker 2: leaving mister Chill alone. He looked around his cage and sighed.
00:28:04
Speaker 2: The mansion was lovely, but it did require a lot
00:28:09
Speaker 2: of walking around to get anywhere. His tiny legs were
00:28:14
Speaker 2: positively exhausted, and he laid down in his bed of
00:28:19
Speaker 2: straw with relief. He closed his eyes and cuddled up tight.
00:28:27
Speaker 2: He did like exploring the house and discovering new delights,
00:28:32
Speaker 2: but nothing was better than chilling out in his own, quiet,
00:28:40
Speaker 2: peaceful cage.
00:30:00
Speaker 1: Passssssssssssssssssssssssss
