It's a beautiful, shining star, sparkling yellow and gold. Unlike all the other stars that like to stay awake at night, this star is very, very sleepy. This star is so sleepy that it can barely stay awake. But it wants to take you on an adventure, a very special adventure through space. I wonder if you've ever been to space before. Perhaps you have at night in your dreams, when you were fast asleep. The star beckons you to climb on its back, and together you take off into the galaxy. You saw past planets, each one a different color and size, and you marvel at their beauty. You see shooting stars whizzing by, leaving trails of star dust behind them. As you fly, the sleepy star sprinkles sleep dust on you, and you feel your eyes getting heavy and your body getting more and more relaxed. You feel warm and safe, like you're wrapped in a soft blanket. You continue to float through space, and the star takes you to a magical planet, a special place just for you. This planet is filled with all the things you love the most, your favorite toys, your favorite books, your favorite animals. You feel happy and content here, feeling calm and relaxed. Now, as you explore this planet, you notice that it's getting darker and darker. The sky is turning into shades of purple and blue, and the stars are coming up. You feel so peaceful here in this quiet, sleepy world. As you lie back on a soft, fluffy cloud, you feel your body becoming heavier and heavier, sinking deeper and deeper into the cloud. You notice the tension in your body melting away as you let yourself relax completely. I wonder if you can feel your body starting to relax more and more.
