Speaker 1: perfectly positioned to look like whiskers, and large navigation windows

Speaker 1: were built into the front with bright yellow lights shining

Speaker 1: out around them like cat eyes. Any regular visitors to

Speaker 1: space would know immediately who this unusual spaceship belonged to.

Speaker 1: There was Captain Puspus and her feline crew of Castro Naughts.

Speaker 1: Captain Puspus regularly guided her adventurous crew through the galaxies

Speaker 1: in search of new planets to explore, and on this

Speaker 1: particular occasion, they came across something pretty spectacular. The fuzzy

Speaker 1: captain and her crew were gliding through space at a

Speaker 1: glacial pace when they drew near to a huge orange
00:01:47
Speaker 1: planet that oozed warmth. Captain Puspus called out with authority,

Speaker 1: s much what planet is that? That would be Venus? Captain,

Speaker 1: A white and beige ragamuffin called Smudge, replied from his

Speaker 1: seat at the control desk. Ah, Yes, of course, Venus.

Speaker 1: Captain Puspus repeated with intrigue. I think we shall pay

Speaker 1: Venus a visit. It would be a shame to pass

Speaker 1: it by when it's so close. Following their captain's command,

Speaker 1: the cattronauts began locking their coordinates into the computer system

Speaker 1: and prepared to land on the surface of the orange planet.

Speaker 1: Captain Puspus gazed out at the spaceship window at Venus.

Speaker 1: She wondered if it had been fully explored before, or

Speaker 1: if perhaps the catronauts were about to be the first.

Speaker 1: Either way, it was totally new to her, and she

Speaker 1: couldn't wait to find out. As if someone had read

Speaker 1: her mind, Captain Puspus suddenly heard a sweet voice behind

Speaker 1: her pipe. Up, excuse me, captain. Captain Puspus turned round

Speaker 1: to see her chief mechanic Tinkers, looking up at her eagerly.

Speaker 1: Sorry to disturb your thoughts, Captain, but I thought I

Speaker 1: should tell you something, Tinkers said. I have been to

Speaker 1: Venus before, several years ago. I know a thing or

Speaker 1: two about the planet. If you'd like a guide, I'd

Speaker 1: be happy to be of service. Captain Puspus was delighted

Speaker 1: that a member of her crew had inside knowledge on

Speaker 1: this planet. It would make their venture much easier. Captain

Speaker 1: Puspus thanked Tinkers for her offer and agreed that she

Speaker 1: would be of much help. First, they just needed to

Speaker 1: find somewhere to land. As they flew lower, the cattronauts

Speaker 1: discovered it was harder than anticipated to find a spot

Speaker 1: to land their ship. The surface of Venus was a

Speaker 1: mixture of rolling plains and mountain peaks. There appeared to

Speaker 1: be numerous volcanoes and rivers of bubbling lava flowing all over.

Speaker 1: Captain Puspus frowned with confusion. How could this possibly be

Speaker 1: a peaceful planet, like Dinkers said, with volcanoes erupting all

Speaker 1: over it? Smudge looked up from the control desk, chewed

Speaker 1: his claw apprehensively and questioned, cap'n are you sure you

Speaker 1: want to learn here? The ground looked a bit uneven.

Speaker 1: Captain Puspus glanced at Tinker's the mechanic for reassurance, and

Speaker 1: the sweet Tabby replied, Oh, don't worry, Captain, it is

Speaker 1: safe to land. Touched down on that spot of flat

Speaker 1: land over there, next to the lava streams shaped like

Speaker 1: the let us see. Captain Puspus gave the order and

Speaker 1: the castronaut team successfully landed their ship on flat ground.

Speaker 1: The crew, suited up in their spacesuits and bulbous helmets,

Speaker 1: opened the spaceship door and lowered the metal ramp to

Speaker 1: the ground. A blaze of warm air swarmed the castronauts

Speaker 1: and they all instantly felt cozy in their suits and
