Speaker 1: Hi, and welcome back to Cocoa Sleep, a podcast of
00:00:14
Speaker 1: original children's bedtime stories and sleep meditations designed to make
00:00:19
Speaker 1: bedtime a dream. If you like this podcast and enjoy
00:00:24
Speaker 1: the snoozy feeling you get when listening to our stories,
00:00:28
Speaker 1: please tell your family and friends about it because they
00:00:31
Speaker 1: might enjoy it too. I wonder do you sometimes lie
00:00:36
Speaker 1: in bed awake, not feeling tired at all? It sometimes
00:00:40
Speaker 1: happens to me too, and I try to relax and
00:00:44
Speaker 1: think happy thoughts. What do you do well? In tonight's story,
00:00:49
Speaker 1: we're going to meet a little mouse called Milly who
00:00:53
Speaker 1: lives in an enchanted forest and she just won't go
00:00:58
Speaker 1: to sleep. Her worried mother asks the magical forest for help,
00:01:04
Speaker 1: and a sleep fairy by the name of Midnight appears. Together,
00:01:09
Speaker 1: Midnight and Millie take a moonlit journey through the forest
00:01:13
Speaker 1: and discover how the other animals fall asleep every night,
00:01:17
Speaker 1: and happily, it's not too long before the little mouse
00:01:21
Speaker 1: begins to feel sleepier and sleepier. Before we meet our
00:01:27
Speaker 1: little mouse, Milly and her forest dwelling friends, take a
00:01:31
Speaker 1: little time to snuggle down into your bed and make
00:01:34
Speaker 1: yourself as comfortable as you can. Try a yawn, Breathe
00:01:40
Speaker 1: in and with a big sigh, breathe out. Wriggle your
00:01:47
Speaker 1: fingers and toes, close your eyes and try another little yawn.
00:01:55
Speaker 1: Take some lovely de breaths in and out, and then
00:02:04
Speaker 1: snuggled down a little bit more. This is Midnight in
00:02:09
Speaker 1: the Mouse by Gillian Rogerson. The sun set slowly on
00:02:22
Speaker 1: another day in sleepy forest, the sky turned dark blue,
00:02:27
Speaker 1: and stars twinkled into view. A full moon came out
00:02:32
Speaker 1: from behind a cloud and cast moonbeams dancing across the
00:02:37
Speaker 1: dark forest floor. Below. Birds of the night sang soft
00:02:42
Speaker 1: twilight tunes. Moms and dads around the forest settled their
00:02:48
Speaker 1: little ones down for the night. Soon, tired little eyes
00:02:53
Speaker 1: began to close, and gentle snores sounded out. Parents let
00:03:00
Speaker 1: out happy sighs as they gazed lovingly at their sleeping babies.
00:03:06
Speaker 1: Whispers of good night, sweet dreams, we love you floated
00:03:14
Speaker 1: on the evening breeze throughout the forest. Yet, in a
00:03:20
Speaker 1: burrow beneath an old oak tree, a young mouse called
00:03:25
Speaker 1: Milly refused to go to sleep. She told her mum
00:03:31
Speaker 1: she wasn't the tiniest bit tired, and she told her
00:03:35
Speaker 1: dad she wanted to go outside and play. She said
00:03:40
Speaker 1: she was going to stay awake all night. Milly's mom
00:03:45
Speaker 1: and dad tried everything to get their little mouse to sleep.
00:03:51
Speaker 1: A cup of warm milk in Milly's favorite mug, a
00:03:56
Speaker 1: soothing lullaby from her dad, and lots and lots of
00:04:02
Speaker 1: warm hugs, but nothing worked on little Milly. Milly's mum
00:04:10
Speaker 1: decided there was only one thing left to do. She
00:04:15
Speaker 1: collected three acorn tops from the far side of the
00:04:19
Speaker 1: burrow and took them outside. She carefully placed them on
00:04:24
Speaker 1: the grass beneath the branches of their oak tree. Then
00:04:31
Speaker 1: she waited for something special to happen. For the animals
00:04:37
Speaker 1: of Sleepy Forest, No magical help is always available to
00:04:41
Speaker 1: those who ask for it, and one way to summon
00:04:45
Speaker 1: that help is by placing three acorn tops outside their homes.
00:04:51
Speaker 1: Within seconds, magical help arrived for Milly's mum in the
00:04:56
Speaker 1: shape of a small fairy. The fair landed in front
00:05:01
Speaker 1: of the mouse, fluttering her silver wings gently. She was
00:05:07
Speaker 1: wearing a dress the color of the night sky and
00:05:10
Speaker 1: a velvet pouch hung from a silver belt around her waist.
00:05:16
Speaker 1: The fairy looked at Milly's mum and said, softly, you
00:05:20
Speaker 1: called for me, I did, Milly's mum answered, my little
00:05:28
Speaker 1: one just won't go to sleep. Can you help me? Please?
00:05:34
Speaker 1: Indeed I can. Where is the restless one? Just at
00:05:40
Speaker 1: that moment, Milly popped her head out of the burrow.
00:05:45
Speaker 1: Her eyes widened in surprise when she saw the fairy.
00:05:51
Speaker 1: The fairy's eyes twinkled like stars as she looked at Milly.
00:05:56
Speaker 1: She said to the little mouse, Hello, my name is Midnight.
00:06:03
Speaker 1: I'm a sleep fairy. I'm going to help you fall
00:06:07
Speaker 1: asleep tonight. I'm not tired, Milly replied, I know, the
00:06:15
Speaker 1: fairy said with a smile, and you're not the only one.
00:06:21
Speaker 1: Lots of animals feel the same way tonight. Please come
00:06:26
Speaker 1: with me and I'll show you what I mean. Milly
00:06:30
Speaker 1: looked at her mom to see if it was okay
00:06:33
Speaker 1: to go with the fairy. Her mom gave her a
00:06:37
Speaker 1: tired nod. Midnight took Milly by the poor and they
00:06:42
Speaker 1: walked into the moonlit forest together. Stars twinkled down on
00:06:49
Speaker 1: them from the evening sky. A friendly owl hooted from
00:06:54
Speaker 1: a nearby tree. Milly's whiskers twitched as they traveled along.
00:07:02
Speaker 1: She'd never been out of the burrow at night before.
00:07:06
Speaker 1: The air smelled different, somehow unfamiliar, and Milly wasn't sure
00:07:13
Speaker 1: if she liked it. Milly asked the fairy where they
00:07:17
Speaker 1: were going. Midnight replied, there's a peculiar feeling in the
00:07:25
Speaker 1: air tonight, and it seems to be a night when
00:07:29
Speaker 1: many moms and dads were having trouble getting their babies
00:07:33
Speaker 1: to sleep. But that's okay, because we're going to help
00:07:38
Speaker 1: them how Milly asked, With a mysterious smile, Midnight replied,
00:07:49
Speaker 1: you'll see. Midnight led Milly over to a hedgerow where
00:07:55
Speaker 1: a family of hedgehogs lived. The baby hedgehogs were our
00:08:00
Speaker 1: asking their mother for another bedtime story, but the mother
00:08:05
Speaker 1: had already told them two stories and she just could
00:08:08
Speaker 1: not think of another tale to tell her babies. Midnight
00:08:13
Speaker 1: saw what was happening and reached into the velvet pouch
00:08:18
Speaker 1: that was tied to the silver belt around her waist.
00:08:23
Speaker 1: She poured out a handful of rainbow colored glitter and
00:08:28
Speaker 1: gently cast it into the air. The glitter caught on
00:08:33
Speaker 1: a breeze and drifted towards the mother hedgehog. The shimmering
00:08:39
Speaker 1: sparkles landed on her. Prickles shone brightly for a second,
00:08:45
Speaker 1: and then melted gently. The mother hedgehog suddenly smiled at
00:08:52
Speaker 1: her babies and said, let me tell you the tale
00:08:56
Speaker 1: about the one hundred year old hedgehog who had the
00:09:00
Speaker 1: power to grant wishes. Oh, said the smallest hedgehog. We
00:09:07
Speaker 1: haven't heard that one before. The mother hedgehog said, I know.
00:09:13
Speaker 1: Settle down, make yourselves comfortable, and then I'll begin. The
00:09:20
Speaker 1: little hedgehogs shuffled down further into their cozy beds made
00:09:25
Speaker 1: out of leaves and soft moss. Their mother tucked some
00:09:30
Speaker 1: extra moss under their heads and made soft pillows for them.
00:09:37
Speaker 1: Then she waited until she had their full attention. Once
00:09:44
Speaker 1: upon a time, in a lamb not far from here,
00:09:48
Speaker 1: there lived the most magical creature, a hedgehog who was
00:09:54
Speaker 1: one hundred years old. His spikes were as gray as
00:09:59
Speaker 1: so and his eyes were full of wisdom. Millie and
00:10:05
Speaker 1: Midnight staying nearby, and listened to the captivating story of
00:10:11
Speaker 1: the hedgehog who was able to grant wishes. They heard
00:10:17
Speaker 1: how the kind animal didn't wish for anything for himself,
00:10:22
Speaker 1: but instead he gave wishes to his friends, and seeing
00:10:27
Speaker 1: the delight on his friend's faces, as their wishes came true,
00:10:32
Speaker 1: made the elderly hedgehog's heart overflow with joy and love,
00:10:38
Speaker 1: and that was worth more than a thousand wishes for himself.
00:10:45
Speaker 1: It was a heartwarming story, and one by one the
00:10:49
Speaker 1: young hedgehogs drifted off to sleep. As she listened to
00:10:56
Speaker 1: the lovely bedtime story, Millie felt her eyes growing heavier.
00:11:03
Speaker 1: She closed them and gently leaned against the fairy. Midnight
00:11:09
Speaker 1: whispered to Millie, are you ready for sleep yet? Millie's
00:11:16
Speaker 1: eyes opened. She shook her head. No, I'm not tired,
00:11:20
Speaker 1: not even a little bit. The fairy nodded, okay, come
00:11:27
Speaker 1: with me. They walked on through the forest. They stopped
00:11:32
Speaker 1: outside the home of a badger family who lived inside
00:11:37
Speaker 1: a cozy cottage made from logs. It was a warm
00:11:42
Speaker 1: evening and the windows of the cottage were open. Milly
00:11:47
Speaker 1: and Midnight could see into the home and saw three
00:11:52
Speaker 1: young badgers chasing each other around the living room. They
00:11:56
Speaker 1: were dressed in their pajamas but didn't seem much all
00:12:00
Speaker 1: ready for bed. Their parents were asking them to settle down,
00:12:06
Speaker 1: but the little badgers didn't seem to be listening to them.
00:12:11
Speaker 1: Midnight pulled some glitter from her pouch and sent it
00:12:15
Speaker 1: fluttering on the air towards the open window. The enchanted
00:12:20
Speaker 1: glitter drifted towards the mum and dad Badger. It settled
00:12:27
Speaker 1: softly on their black and white fur, twinkled for a moment,
00:12:33
Speaker 1: and then melted. Milly moved a little closer to the
00:12:39
Speaker 1: window and wondered what was going to happen next. She
00:12:44
Speaker 1: soon found out. The Badger parents started to sing. Soft,
00:12:52
Speaker 1: lilting notes came from both of them and echoed gently
00:12:58
Speaker 1: around their living room. The young Badgers stopped chasing each
00:13:03
Speaker 1: other and listened to their parents. The song coming from
00:13:08
Speaker 1: them was a mesmerizing melody, and it flowed over the
00:13:14
Speaker 1: little Badgers and filled them with peace and relaxation. The
00:13:21
Speaker 1: little Badgers laid down in front of their parents and
00:13:26
Speaker 1: listened in complete silence as their mom and dad performed
00:13:33
Speaker 1: a dreamy duet. One by one, the babies fell asleep.
00:13:43
Speaker 1: The lullaby was so peaceful that Milly settled herself down
00:13:48
Speaker 1: on the soft grass outside the cottage and put her
00:13:52
Speaker 1: head on her paws. She yawned midnight whispered to her,
00:14:02
Speaker 1: Are you ready for sleep? Yet? Milly stood up and said, no, no,
00:14:11
Speaker 1: I'm not tired, not even a little bit. The fairy nodded, Okay,
00:14:19
Speaker 1: come with me, there are more animals in the forest
00:14:23
Speaker 1: who we need to visit under the light of the
00:14:27
Speaker 1: bright moon. Milly continued to walk with Midnight through sleepy forest.
00:14:35
Speaker 1: They came to a tall tree and the fairy stopped
00:14:40
Speaker 1: at the side of it. Milly did too, and looked
00:14:45
Speaker 1: around for animals who were having trouble sleeping. She didn't
00:14:50
Speaker 1: see any and asked Midnight why they had stopped. Midnight
00:14:58
Speaker 1: pointed towards the leafy boughs above them and said they
00:15:03
Speaker 1: needed to climb the tree to see the animals who
00:15:06
Speaker 1: lived up there. Together, the mouse and the fairy climbed
00:15:13
Speaker 1: the tree. They found a family of squirrels snuggled between
00:15:19
Speaker 1: the cozy branches. The family were fast asleep, and the
00:15:26
Speaker 1: smallest squirrel had a smile on her face. She looked
00:15:31
Speaker 1: like she was lost in a delightful dream. Midnight whispered
00:15:38
Speaker 1: to the mouse, they don't need our help, they're already
00:15:43
Speaker 1: fast asleep. Let's leave them in peace. Millie gazed upon
00:15:51
Speaker 1: the snoozing squirrels. They looked so snug and warm in
00:15:56
Speaker 1: their beds. She thought about her own cozy bed, and
00:16:02
Speaker 1: how soft and warm it was. She let out a
00:16:08
Speaker 1: tired yawn. The kind fairy noticed, but she didn't say anything.
00:16:18
Speaker 1: They climbed back down the tree and carried on walking
00:16:23
Speaker 1: through the forest. Milly's steps were a little slower, and
00:16:29
Speaker 1: her eyes felt more and more tired. She had never
00:16:34
Speaker 1: been out so late before, and the thought of her
00:16:37
Speaker 1: comfy bed kept drifting softly into her mind. Midnight in
00:16:45
Speaker 1: the Mouth walked through a grassy glade. The Fairy stopped
00:16:51
Speaker 1: at the side of a hole in the ground and
00:16:54
Speaker 1: told Milly there was a family of rabbits who lived
00:16:58
Speaker 1: down it. Midnight thought they might need help going to sleep,
00:17:06
Speaker 1: and asked Milly to go with her to check on them.
00:17:11
Speaker 1: Midnight held out her hand to Milly, and down into
00:17:15
Speaker 1: the hole they went. They walked along twisting tunnels until
00:17:22
Speaker 1: they found a family of resting rabbits. The rabbits were
00:17:28
Speaker 1: fast asleep and snoring gently. The sight of them made
00:17:36
Speaker 1: Milly yawn again. The sleeping rabbits didn't need Midnight's help,
00:17:45
Speaker 1: so the fairy led Milly back through the tunnels and
00:17:49
Speaker 1: up into the forest. The moon shone brightly in the
00:17:54
Speaker 1: sky that was blanketed with shimmering stars. Still holding hands,
00:18:03
Speaker 1: Midnight and the mouse carried on walking. Their journey took
00:18:10
Speaker 1: them to the far side of the meadow, where they
00:18:13
Speaker 1: found some deer dozing behind the hanging branches of a
00:18:18
Speaker 1: weeping willow tree. They looked so peaceful that Milly wanted
00:18:25
Speaker 1: to lie next to them and fall asleep too. But
00:18:31
Speaker 1: when the fairy asked if she was ready to return
00:18:35
Speaker 1: home yet, the mouse shook her head and said no.
00:18:42
Speaker 1: The fairy smiled kindly and asked if Milly could hear
00:18:47
Speaker 1: the animals of the forest talking to their families. Milly
00:18:53
Speaker 1: listened and heard the hushed voices of parents saying good night,
00:19:02
Speaker 1: sweet dreams, we love you. Midnight gave Milly a gentle
00:19:10
Speaker 1: smile and said, no one else needs our help tonight.
00:19:18
Speaker 1: Everyone is falling asleep. Oh not, Milly said, with a
00:19:26
Speaker 1: little yawn. She blinked her eyes tiredly. Midnight took a
00:19:35
Speaker 1: handful of glitter from her pouch and gave half of
00:19:39
Speaker 1: it to Milly. She said to the little mouse, there
00:19:45
Speaker 1: is one more thing we have to do to night.
00:19:50
Speaker 1: Milly looked at the glitter in her paw and asked,
00:19:55
Speaker 1: what we need to send peace for dreams around the forest.
00:20:03
Speaker 1: Watch the fairy gently blew the glitter into the air.
00:20:11
Speaker 1: Milli did the same. The glitter twirled in a whirled
00:20:18
Speaker 1: around the fairy and the mouse and surrounded them in
00:20:23
Speaker 1: a rainbow colored curtain. Millie watched in amazement as one
00:20:31
Speaker 1: fuzzy image after another appeared on the magical curtain in
00:20:37
Speaker 1: front of them. The images were blurry and Millie couldn't
00:20:43
Speaker 1: work out what they were. What's happening, Milly asked. Midnight explained,
00:20:55
Speaker 1: these are what animals of the forest dream about. They're
00:21:01
Speaker 1: not quite ready yet, but let's send them on their
00:21:04
Speaker 1: way and see what happens. She slowly moved her hands
00:21:11
Speaker 1: back and forth through the air, as if conducting an orchestra.
00:21:18
Speaker 1: Millie copied her. The fuzzy images on the curtain moved
00:21:26
Speaker 1: closer to each other. Slowly, large clear bubbles appeared between them,
00:21:35
Speaker 1: and the images floated into the bubbles. The bubbles then
00:21:41
Speaker 1: floated away from the curtain and hovered in the air.
00:21:47
Speaker 1: Midnight said, these are dream bubbles. If you look inside them,
00:21:55
Speaker 1: you'll see the dreams the beginning to take shape. Each
00:22:01
Speaker 1: dream is different. A dream bubble floated nearer to Milly.
00:22:09
Speaker 1: She looked closer and saw a smiling otter inside it.
00:22:15
Speaker 1: He was lying on his back and floating down a river.
00:22:23
Speaker 1: The faint tinkling sound of water came from the bubble.
00:22:29
Speaker 1: The river slowly carried the otter under a wooden bridge.
00:22:35
Speaker 1: Reflections of the water danced on the underneath of the bridge.
00:22:42
Speaker 1: The otter continued drifting along and passed by a field
00:22:50
Speaker 1: full of purple lavender. The peaceful scent of the plants
00:22:57
Speaker 1: wafted towards Milly and made her whiskers twitch. She felt
00:23:04
Speaker 1: the gentle heat of the sun on her fur as
00:23:09
Speaker 1: if she were actually inside the dream bubble with the utter.
00:23:16
Speaker 1: Her little body felt warm and weightless as she continued
00:23:22
Speaker 1: to watch the utter drift down stream in his lovely
00:23:27
Speaker 1: dream bubble. A soft wind caught the dream bubble and
00:23:34
Speaker 1: sent it bobbing on its way through sleepy forest. Midnight said.
00:23:42
Speaker 1: The bubble was taking the dream towards the river where
00:23:47
Speaker 1: the otter lived. It would land softly on his sleepy head,
00:23:54
Speaker 1: and the lovely dream would drop gently into his mind.
00:24:01
Speaker 1: Another bubble came closer to the little mouse, and this
00:24:07
Speaker 1: time she saw a laughing frog inside it. The frog
00:24:14
Speaker 1: was joyfully leaping from lily pad to lily pad across
00:24:20
Speaker 1: upon His laughter was light and infectious, and Milly found
00:24:27
Speaker 1: herself laughing along with him. He looked like he was
00:24:33
Speaker 1: having a marvelous time. The dream bubble moved away from
00:24:40
Speaker 1: her and went on its way to find the sleeping frog.
00:24:47
Speaker 1: Her third bubble appeared inside there was a mole who
00:24:53
Speaker 1: was walking through a moonlit meadow. He was looking left
00:25:00
Speaker 1: and right, as though searching for someone. Out of the
00:25:06
Speaker 1: shadows came another mole. She smiled shyly, my love. The
00:25:16
Speaker 1: first mole called out, will you dance with me on
00:25:21
Speaker 1: this fine evening? Of course I will, my sweetheart, she replied.
00:25:29
Speaker 1: As the moon looked down, the love struck moles moved
00:25:36
Speaker 1: towards each other, their paws outstretched. The couple held paws
00:25:43
Speaker 1: as they danced lightly around the meadow, in and out
00:25:49
Speaker 1: of the moonbeams. Watching them made Milly's heart feel full
00:25:57
Speaker 1: of love. She let out a happy sigh, and it
00:26:02
Speaker 1: caused some of the dream bubbles to glide gracefully away.
00:26:10
Speaker 1: Off they went through the trees to deliver their dreams.
00:26:18
Speaker 1: The next bubble that Millie saw showed a snowy white
00:26:23
Speaker 1: owl perched on a branch at the top of a tree.
00:26:29
Speaker 1: Milly noticed that the owl was chatting to the full moon,
00:26:35
Speaker 1: who was shining brightly nearby inside the bubble. The owl
00:26:44
Speaker 1: said to the moon, isn't it a beautiful evening? It
00:26:53
Speaker 1: certainly is. The moon replied, but don't you think the
00:26:59
Speaker 1: stars could look a little brighter. The owl tipped her
00:27:06
Speaker 1: head to one side, looked closer at the stars, and
00:27:12
Speaker 1: said perhaps. The moon said, would you be kind enough
00:27:21
Speaker 1: to polish the stars for me? Please? Not all of them,
00:27:27
Speaker 1: just those closest to you. The owl said she would
00:27:33
Speaker 1: love to. She fluffed up her feathers and then took
00:27:40
Speaker 1: to the star filled sky. Using her wings, she gently
00:27:48
Speaker 1: cleaned the stars until they sparkled like diamonds. Once she
00:27:55
Speaker 1: was satisfied that enough stars had been polished, the owl
00:28:01
Speaker 1: returned to the tree and nodded at the moon. The
00:28:06
Speaker 1: moon thanked her warmly in happy harmony. The owl and
00:28:14
Speaker 1: the moon gazed at the sky and agreed it now
00:28:19
Speaker 1: looked extra enchanting. That night, Milly's eyes felt very tired
00:28:29
Speaker 1: as she watched the dream bubble with the owl inside
00:28:35
Speaker 1: rise before her. It headed towards a tree where a
00:28:42
Speaker 1: sleeping owl was resting on a leafy branch. The dream
00:28:48
Speaker 1: bubble reached the owl and rested gently on her soft feathers.
00:28:57
Speaker 1: Milly smiled, I thought about the lovely dream the owl
00:29:03
Speaker 1: was going to have soon. The thought of dreams made
00:29:10
Speaker 1: the little mouse feally even more tired. She yawned. She
00:29:18
Speaker 1: tried to take a step forward, but her legs were
00:29:22
Speaker 1: too tired to move, so she settled herself down on
00:29:29
Speaker 1: a tuft of grass and said to the fairy, I'm
00:29:35
Speaker 1: ready for my sleep. Now it's time for you to
00:29:42
Speaker 1: go back home. And Midnight softly stroked Millie's head. But
00:29:50
Speaker 1: we don't have to walk back for the last time
00:29:55
Speaker 1: that night, Midnight took some glitter from her pouch. She
00:30:02
Speaker 1: sprinkled it on the ground. Her rainbow colored cloud appeared
00:30:09
Speaker 1: out of nowhere and hovered above the grass. The fairy
00:30:16
Speaker 1: helped Milly on to the cloud. It fell soft, warm,
00:30:22
Speaker 1: and snugly. Midnight sat next to Milly and tucked the
00:30:29
Speaker 1: cozy cloud around the mouse like a blanket. Milly's little
00:30:36
Speaker 1: face peeped out, and she smiled drowsily at the fairy.
00:30:44
Speaker 1: The cloud rose smoothly from the ground and headed skywards.
00:30:53
Speaker 1: Milly couldn't keep her eyes open a moment longer. She
00:31:01
Speaker 1: turned on her side and curled up into a ball.
00:31:08
Speaker 1: Midnight kissed the top of Milly's head and whispered, go
00:31:15
Speaker 1: to sleep, little one, It won't be long until you're home.
00:31:22
Speaker 1: Milly snuggled down further in the cloud. It felt like
00:31:28
Speaker 1: a warm hug. Sleep came closer and closer to her.
00:31:37
Speaker 1: The cloud drifted silently across the night sky. A small
00:31:46
Speaker 1: smile came to Milly's face as she heard the distant
00:31:51
Speaker 1: hoot of an owl, and she wondered if owls really
00:31:57
Speaker 1: did polish the stars. Nighttime sounds carried on the whispering
00:32:05
Speaker 1: winds as the fairy and mouse headed towards the burrow
00:32:12
Speaker 1: beneath the old oak tree. More dream bubbles floated into
00:32:19
Speaker 1: the nice sky as gently as wishes. Milly didn't see them,
00:32:28
Speaker 1: but a little fairy did. Midnight smiled when she saw
00:32:34
Speaker 1: the carefree animals inside the bubbles. There were going to
00:32:40
Speaker 1: be a lot of wonderful dreams in sleepy forest tonight.
00:32:49
Speaker 1: Before too long, Milly felt herself being lifted from the
00:32:55
Speaker 1: cloud by her dad's familiar arms. She was taken into
00:33:03
Speaker 1: her cozy burrow and placed snugly into her warm bed.
00:33:12
Speaker 1: She sighed happily. As Milly drifted off into a deep
00:33:21
Speaker 1: and happy slumber, she heard her mum and dad say
00:33:28
Speaker 1: good night, sweet dreams, we love you,
