The Concentration Crustacean ๐Ÿฆž๐Ÿš Sleep Meditation for Kids

The Concentration Crustacean ๐Ÿฆž๐Ÿš Sleep Meditation for Kids

In tonight's sleep meditation for kids, we're heading under the sea with Zen. However, the seabed isnโ€™t as calm as usual. A little ink-squirting squid is rocketing around his house, as he just canโ€™t keep his concentration on what he is doing.

Luckily, our little pufferfish friend just knows to guide Sid the Squid to the Crustacean Meditation Station, where a very clever lobster is about to teach him how to work on his concentration. Tonight's sleep meditation for kids will help you unwind just like Sid!

Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome back to Kohala Moon, a podcast of

00:00:13

Speaker 1: original children's bedtime stories and meditations designed to make bedtime

00:00:20

Speaker 1: a dream. Our newest members of the now world famous

00:00:26

Speaker 1: Cocoa Club are Emmett Maya, Nico g in California, Claire

00:00:33

Speaker 1: Milman from Illinois, and Tilly. It's incredible to me and

00:00:37

Speaker 1: to Coco when he thinks about it that some of

00:00:40

Speaker 1: you have already been listening every night for a year.

00:00:45

Speaker 1: Thank you. I'm really happy to tell you that tonight

00:00:49

Speaker 1: we're reuniting with one of our all time favorite characters.

00:00:53

Speaker 1: He lives in the ocean and is the wisest and

00:00:57

Speaker 1: calmest of all the sea creatures around Or is he? Yes,

00:01:05

Speaker 1: it's Zen, of course, and we will once again accompany

00:01:08

Speaker 1: him as he floats through the sea. But oh, the

00:01:11

Speaker 1: seabed isn't as calm as usual. The Iikes were about

00:01:15

Speaker 1: to find a little ink squirting squid rocketing around his

00:01:19

Speaker 1: house as he just can't keep his concentration on what

00:01:23

Speaker 1: he's supposed to be doing. Luckily, our little pufferfish friend

00:01:29

Speaker 1: knows exactly where to guide Sid the squid to the

00:01:33

Speaker 1: crustationan meditation station where a very clever lobster is about

00:01:38

Speaker 1: to teach him how to work on his concentration. I

00:01:43

Speaker 1: think we're all going to learn a thing or two,

00:01:46

Speaker 1: so let's get started and you'll relax as you listen.

00:01:51

Speaker 1: This is the concentration Crustation by Luke Prendergast. Good evening, everyone.

00:02:06

Speaker 1: It's been a long day, but now we're in bed

00:02:10

Speaker 1: and ready to enjoy a long and rejuvenating sleep, so

00:02:14

Speaker 1: our bodies have plenty of energy to fuel us through tomorrow.

00:02:18

Speaker 1: That's what sleep is so important for. So settle down

00:02:22

Speaker 1: now and close your eyes. If you want to, tug

00:02:26

Speaker 1: the covers up around you so you're nice and warm,

00:02:28

Speaker 1: or fluff up your pillow to make sure you're super comfy. Now,

00:02:34

Speaker 1: give your arms and legs a big stretch, and your

00:02:38

Speaker 1: toes and fingers to stretch and release ah. Feel all

00:02:47

Speaker 1: your muscles sigh with relief as the day's tension floats away.

00:02:53

Speaker 1: You can try that again if you like. Stretch and

00:02:58

Speaker 1: release ah to day's meditation is all about the art

00:03:06

Speaker 1: of concentration, which lots of people find difficult to do sometimes.

00:03:11

Speaker 1: So we're all going to start by thinking of something

00:03:15

Speaker 1: that's given us a lot of happiness to day. Maybe

00:03:18

Speaker 1: it's something you did at school, something you saw, or

00:03:23

Speaker 1: some time you spent with a friend or a member

00:03:25

Speaker 1: of your family. Hold that thought gently in your mind,

00:03:31

Speaker 1: as though you were giving it a soft hug. Don't

00:03:34

Speaker 1: grip it too tightly, just hold it there in a

00:03:38

Speaker 1: tender embrace. Well done, Let the happiness of that memory

00:03:45

Speaker 1: linger inside you, cozy as a mug of hot chocolate. Now,

00:03:52

Speaker 1: let's practice our deep breaths together. Take a big, deep

00:03:57

Speaker 1: breath in and then slowly let it out again. A

00:04:05

Speaker 1: big breath in and slowly let it out. Breathe in

00:04:15

Speaker 1: and once more breathing and very good. It's time to

00:04:25

Speaker 1: meet up with one of our old pals, Zen, the

00:04:29

Speaker 1: pufferfish who lives in the deep blue sea. There he

00:04:34

Speaker 1: is swimming back and forth beneath the waves. Let's wave hello. Then.

00:04:42

Speaker 1: Today Zen is drifting blissfully through the ocean. His heart

00:04:48

Speaker 1: feels light and carefree. His tail flaps one way and

00:04:54

Speaker 1: then the other. From above, beams of sunlight break through

00:04:59

Speaker 1: the s surface, making the water currants glitter and sparkle.

00:05:07

Speaker 1: Zen passes a school of rainbowfish, whose iridescent scales shimmer red, green,

00:05:15

Speaker 1: and orange. Yellow, indigo, and blue. Hello Zen. They all

00:05:23

Speaker 1: call to the puffer fish as they drift past him, Hello,

00:05:29

Speaker 1: Zen calls back. Below him, Zen can see tufts of

00:05:35

Speaker 1: dark green seaweed swaying this way and that way, as

00:05:40

Speaker 1: though rippled by a gentle underwater breeze. From out of

00:05:46

Speaker 1: the curtain of seaweed emerges an anglerfish with a light

00:05:51

Speaker 1: on top of his head that lets him see in

00:05:54

Speaker 1: the dark. The anglerfish points his head in one direction,

00:06:00

Speaker 1: then another, shining his light across the ocean floor. Good day,

00:06:07

Speaker 1: Zen calls down, and the anglerfish passes his torchlight through

00:06:12

Speaker 1: the water in a merry greeting. Soon Zen passes a

00:06:18

Speaker 1: seal basking the dappled sunlight at the water's surface. Every

00:06:25

Speaker 1: now and then, the seal twists over so that the

00:06:29

Speaker 1: sun can warm first her tummy, then her back. Hello.

00:06:35

Speaker 1: The seal waves to Zen with one of her paws.

00:06:39

Speaker 1: Beautiful day, isn't it? Zen couldn't agree with the seal more.

00:06:46

Speaker 1: It is a beautiful day, the sea and all the

00:06:51

Speaker 1: creatures in it seeming calm and at one with the world.

00:06:57

Speaker 1: Zen swims on through the sunny water until he comes

00:07:02

Speaker 1: to a large rock beneath this rock is a glittering

00:07:07

Speaker 1: like and covered grotto which is the home of one

00:07:10

Speaker 1: of Zen's friends, a squid named Sid. As Zen passes,

00:07:17

Speaker 1: he wonders whether Sid is at home, when all of

00:07:21

Speaker 1: a sudden, Sid himself shoots out of the hole in

00:07:26

Speaker 1: the rock that is his front door. For a few seconds,

00:07:31

Speaker 1: Sid hovers in the water outside his home, seeming to

00:07:36

Speaker 1: be thinking hard about something. Then there's a sudden puff

00:07:42

Speaker 1: of black squidd ink clouding the water, and he shoots

00:07:46

Speaker 1: back into his home. How perplexing, Zen the pufferfish says

00:07:52

Speaker 1: to himself, what in all the ocean could Sid be

00:07:57

Speaker 1: up to? Few moments later, it happens again. Sid irrupts

00:08:04

Speaker 1: from the hole in his rock home, a cloud of

00:08:07

Speaker 1: squid ink mushrooming behind him. He hovers for a moment

00:08:12

Speaker 1: or two inside his home, then just as quickly darts

00:08:16

Speaker 1: inside again. Hmm, Zen says to himself, Now, hmm, all

00:08:25

Speaker 1: the sea creatures do seem to be very calm today,

00:08:30

Speaker 1: except that is for Sid the squid. He doesn't seem

00:08:35

Speaker 1: calm at all, and deciding to go and ask Sid

00:08:40

Speaker 1: if everything is okay, Zen gives three swishes of his

00:08:43

Speaker 1: tail and swims up to Sid's door, this time, when

00:08:49

Speaker 1: he shoots out of his house in a puff of ink,

00:08:52

Speaker 1: Sid spots Zen.

00:08:53

Speaker 2: Hot Hello, Zen, He says, how are you?

00:08:58

Speaker 1: But before Zen can as sir, Sid looks distracted and

00:09:02

Speaker 1: then zooms back inside his home. Zen has to wait

00:09:07

Speaker 1: until he's popped outside again to say that what seems

00:09:11

Speaker 1: more important is how Sid is, because he seems to

00:09:15

Speaker 1: be zipping around and about a lot. Oh, says Sid

00:09:20

Speaker 1: the squid. You're right. The thing is, I'm trying to

00:09:24

Speaker 1: do a bit of a clean out of my grotto,

00:09:26

Speaker 1: but I seem to be suffering from terrible concentration. I

00:09:31

Speaker 1: keep getting distracted and forgetting what it is I'm doing,

00:09:36

Speaker 1: which is why I keep coming out here and then

00:09:39

Speaker 1: having to go back in. Sid gives Zen a meaningful

00:09:43

Speaker 1: look and says.

00:09:44

Speaker 2: I can't help it. I just go pooh, pooh.

00:09:48

Speaker 1: Pooh, and as though to prove the point, Sid disappears

00:09:54

Speaker 1: into his house in a cloud of ink. Zen has

00:09:58

Speaker 1: to agree Sid is going pew pew pew. By the

00:10:04

Speaker 1: time that Sid returns, though, Zen has had an idea.

00:10:09

Speaker 1: If Sid needs help with his concentration. Zen tells him

00:10:15

Speaker 1: he has to meet Lo Morna the lobster. The Morna

00:10:20

Speaker 1: the lobster, repeats Sid the squid, who's that the Morna,

00:10:26

Speaker 1: Zen explains, is one of the calmest and wisest creatures

00:10:31

Speaker 1: in all of the Seven Seas. She's spent all her

00:10:36

Speaker 1: life honing the art of focus. Lo Morna is famous,

00:10:42

Speaker 1: Zen says. She's the queen crustation for concentration. She'll be

00:10:51

Speaker 1: able to give you a helping hand or claw. While

00:10:57

Speaker 1: Zen is talking, a smile grag actually spreads itself over

00:11:02

Speaker 1: Sid the Squid's face, and so Zen and Sid set

00:11:06

Speaker 1: off in the direction of the watery corner where Zen

00:11:10

Speaker 1: knows Lomrna the lobster lives. For the most part, they

00:11:15

Speaker 1: glide smoothly through the water together, but from time to

00:11:20

Speaker 1: time Zen has to do his best not to be

00:11:24

Speaker 1: shocked when Syd shoots off in a dark billow of squidding.

00:11:30

Speaker 1: Soon they reach a large flat rock rising out of

00:11:35

Speaker 1: the seabed that forms a circular platform. On this stage,

00:11:40

Speaker 1: three creatures are seated in a ring, a lobster, a starfish,

00:11:46

Speaker 1: and a young sea turtle. That's l Morna. Zen whispers

00:11:53

Speaker 1: to Sid, pointing at the lobster. He whispers because Lo

00:11:58

Speaker 1: Mourna is clear concentrating deeply in a meditation. She sits

00:12:05

Speaker 1: with her back, legs folded beneath her, Her bright red

00:12:09

Speaker 1: pincers press lightly together on her knees. She is very old, indeed,

00:12:17

Speaker 1: and clearly very wise. She has long, silvery whiskers, as

00:12:23

Speaker 1: lobsters often do, and many colored ribbons tied all over

00:12:29

Speaker 1: her body ripple in the water around her. Zen and

00:12:34

Speaker 1: Sid watch patiently whilst Lo Mourna and her friends finish

00:12:39

Speaker 1: their meditation. Soon, Lo Morna opens her eyes and smiles.

00:12:47

Speaker 1: The meditation is over. Zen and Sid swim down to

00:12:53

Speaker 1: introduce themselves. Welcome, greets them in a voice that is

00:13:02

Speaker 1: simultaneously sweet as sugar and deep as the rumblings of

00:13:08

Speaker 1: the ocean itself. How can I help you? Sid? The

00:13:16

Speaker 1: squid begins to explain his predicament, but halfway through he

00:13:21

Speaker 1: gets distracted and zips off. Eventually, with Zen's aid, he

00:13:27

Speaker 1: is able to explain that he's come to see if

00:13:31

Speaker 1: La Mourna can help him with his concentration. Ah sighs

00:13:38

Speaker 1: La Morna, clicking her claws together. If you're having trouble concentrating,

00:13:47

Speaker 1: you've come to the perfect place. This is my cross station,

00:13:56

Speaker 1: concentration station, a special school inviting all manner of ocean

00:14:04

Speaker 1: dwellers to come and learn the arts of deep focus.

00:14:12

Speaker 1: You know, the Morna adds, looking at Sid kindly. Lots

00:14:18

Speaker 1: of folk find it difficult to concentrate. There are so

00:14:25

Speaker 1: many distractions in the sea, do they, Sid replies, with

00:14:34

Speaker 1: a fresh feeling of hope. He thought it might only

00:14:38

Speaker 1: be he who struggled to concentrate. Oh yes, the Mourna says,

00:14:45

Speaker 1: She sweeps her clare around in her graceful arm. All

00:14:51

Speaker 1: of my students here find it difficult to concentrate sometimes,

00:14:57

Speaker 1: but with a little practice it becomes easier and easier.

00:15:05

Speaker 1: Come with me and meet the other students, and that

00:15:09

Speaker 1: way you can hear their stories. The Mourna leads Sid

00:15:15

Speaker 1: and Zen over to the starfish, who's lying on her

00:15:19

Speaker 1: back on the rock, staring up at the shifting blue

00:15:24

Speaker 1: surface far above. Her bumpy skin has the quality of velvet.

00:15:32

Speaker 1: Sometimes it looks orange, other times her deep and golden yellow.

00:15:40

Speaker 1: She raises one of her five star arms to greet them.

00:15:46

Speaker 1: When the mourner explains that Zen and Sid are to

00:15:50

Speaker 1: be the newest students, at the concentration station, the starfish

00:15:56

Speaker 1: seems to blush with joy.

00:15:59

Speaker 2: Oh that's wonderful news, she says. The mourners call truly

00:16:06

Speaker 2: is the best place for learning how to set your

00:16:10

Speaker 2: mind at rest?

00:16:12

Speaker 1: Would you like to hear my story? Zen and Sid

00:16:17

Speaker 1: tell her that they would be delighted to hear her story.

00:16:22

Speaker 1: The starfish takes a deep gulp of water and tells

00:16:28

Speaker 1: them that one of the most important things about being

00:16:32

Speaker 1: a starfish is being able to use your suckers to

00:16:36

Speaker 1: hold yourself fast to the rocks on the seabed. That's

00:16:41

Speaker 1: where starfish live, and they need to be there to

00:16:45

Speaker 1: catch passing bits of food and say hello to all

00:16:48

Speaker 1: their friends. But it takes quite a bit of concentration

00:16:53

Speaker 1: to grip on all the time. But she, the starfish

00:16:58

Speaker 1: went on, wasn't very good at it. Whenever she lay

00:17:03

Speaker 1: on the rock, she would get distracted by all the

00:17:07

Speaker 1: strange glittering things stuck up on the sky way above

00:17:13

Speaker 1: the surface of the sea, and then without realizing it,

00:17:19

Speaker 1: she would just drift off away from the rock up

00:17:24

Speaker 1: through the water. My mom, who's to say? I had

00:17:29

Speaker 1: my head in the clouds, the starfish says, with another blush.

00:17:35

Speaker 1: But by learning from Lemurna, I've got much better at focusing,

00:17:41

Speaker 1: and now I don't drift off most of the time.

00:17:46

Speaker 1: Sid thanks the starfish for telling her tale. It has

00:17:51

Speaker 1: given him a lot of hope, he says. Now, the

00:17:56

Speaker 1: young sea turtle crawls over to meet them. His shell,

00:18:01

Speaker 1: which is as green as an emerald, is decorated with seaweed.

00:18:07

Speaker 1: Would you like to hear my story? He asks a

00:18:12

Speaker 1: little bashfully. Zen and Sid tell him they'd love to

00:18:17

Speaker 1: hear his story. The sea turtle tells them that he

00:18:23

Speaker 1: attends a local ocean school where he learns all kinds

00:18:28

Speaker 1: of marvelous things, like counting sea shirts and grains of sand,

00:18:34

Speaker 1: and how to spell words like crustacean and tortoise. But

00:18:42

Speaker 1: the problem is, even though he loves his classes at

00:18:46

Speaker 1: the ocean school and really wants to learn, sometimes the

00:18:52

Speaker 1: sea turtle has a problem with his concentration. He can't

00:18:56

Speaker 1: help it. Sometimes he finds his mind wanders off, and

00:19:01

Speaker 1: soon enough he's imagining what it would be like to

00:19:05

Speaker 1: be a flying fish and take a trip to the moon.

00:19:10

Speaker 1: I'm a daydreamer, the sea turtle says with a nod,

00:19:16

Speaker 1: and even their daydreaming is a wonderful activity because it's

00:19:20

Speaker 1: fun to imagine magical things and invent incredible stories. There

00:19:26

Speaker 1: is a time and a place for everything, and the

00:19:30

Speaker 1: daydreaming gets in the way of my learning. But the

00:19:33

Speaker 1: Morna the lobster has helped me tremendously, and now I

00:19:39

Speaker 1: can concentrate all the way through class. Then, and Sid

00:19:45

Speaker 1: thank the sea turtle for telling his story. Sid feels

00:19:50

Speaker 1: very moved. That's just the kind of help I need

00:19:54

Speaker 1: to The water around them is warm all day, it

00:20:01

Speaker 1: has been gently heated by the sun, and now small

00:20:06

Speaker 1: flumes of bubbles float through it and up to the

00:20:10

Speaker 1: surface to quietly pop. A shoal of pale silver fish

00:20:16

Speaker 1: glide past, slowly carried on a warm motion current, where

00:20:25

Speaker 1: says Lo Morna the lobster, clicking her claws kindly, as

00:20:31

Speaker 1: I say, you've come to the right place. Why don't

00:20:38

Speaker 1: you join us for our sunset meditation. Now the light

00:20:44

Speaker 1: is just beginning to fade, and now is the perfect

00:20:49

Speaker 1: time to free your mind from all distractions and a

00:20:55

Speaker 1: jeeva top crustation level of concentration. And so all of

00:21:04

Speaker 1: them gather on the stony platform, sitting in a wide circle.

00:21:10

Speaker 1: Zen and Sid Lo Moonna the Lobster, and their new friends,

00:21:17

Speaker 1: the starfish and a little sea turtle. Too. Lo Morna

00:21:25

Speaker 1: tells them to close their eyes and listen to her

00:21:29

Speaker 1: voice as she guides them through the meditation. Let's join

00:21:35

Speaker 1: them in solidarity. Let's listen to Lo Morna's voice. Too.

00:21:44

Speaker 1: Close your eyes, says Lo Mona, and let all of

00:21:50

Speaker 1: the thoughts of the day simply drift away like specks

00:21:56

Speaker 1: of glitter on the wind. Let your mind relax and

00:22:03

Speaker 1: loosen your body. Imagine that your brain is a room

00:22:09

Speaker 1: full of stuff. Now open the door and let all

00:22:17

Speaker 1: that stuff tumble away. Good. Now, let's begin to practice concentration.

00:22:31

Speaker 1: Think of something wonderful that happened to you today, whatever

00:22:37

Speaker 1: it might be, Hold it gently in your mind. This

00:22:44

Speaker 1: is the most important part of concentration. Don't try to

00:22:49

Speaker 1: grip things too tightly with your mind, as though you're

00:22:53

Speaker 1: trying to crush it. Hold it gently and delicately. Sid does,

00:23:00

Speaker 1: as Lemonna, the wise old lobster says, he pictures the

00:23:05

Speaker 1: moment earlier that day, when he found Zen at his

00:23:09

Speaker 1: door offering to help him with his concentration. That was

00:23:14

Speaker 1: a wonderful moment for sure. Sid holds it in his

00:23:21

Speaker 1: mind gently, and after a few seconds he finds meself

00:23:27

Speaker 1: drifting off. Distracted. If you get distracted, says le Morna,

00:23:35

Speaker 1: as though reading inside his mind, don't worry. Just take

00:23:41

Speaker 1: a pause and bring yourself back to concentrating on what

00:23:47

Speaker 1: you were thinking about before. Don't get upset with yourself.

00:23:53

Speaker 1: Be very gentle with your mind. Sid does as le

00:23:58

Speaker 1: Morna advises, and brings his mind back to his happy memory.

00:24:04

Speaker 1: It is as though his memory is a small boat

00:24:09

Speaker 1: bobby up and down on the water, and when it

00:24:13

Speaker 1: begins to drift away from him, all he has to

00:24:17

Speaker 1: do is pause, pull on a rope, and draw the

00:24:21

Speaker 1: boat softly back towards him. Sid finds that after a

00:24:28

Speaker 1: few times of losing his concentration and finding it again,

00:24:33

Speaker 1: it becomes easier. The memory stays in his mind a

00:24:38

Speaker 1: little longer than it did before. Now, the morner says,

00:24:46

Speaker 1: I want you to imagine that your mind is a

00:24:50

Speaker 1: traveling ball of light that can move anywhere through your body.

00:24:58

Speaker 1: You can send it down to the t lips of

00:25:00

Speaker 1: your fingers or to the very ends of your toes.

00:25:06

Speaker 1: Try it now. Put your mind in your toes, that

00:25:12

Speaker 1: it rests gently on the sensations it feels there, the

00:25:18

Speaker 1: heat and cold, the feelings of touch. Sid does as

00:25:26

Speaker 1: she says. He lets his mind wander down the length

00:25:31

Speaker 1: of his body, down his limbs, to the very tip

00:25:36

Speaker 1: of a tentacle, and he holds it there. It is

00:25:42

Speaker 1: a funny feeling. It is as though his brain is

00:25:46

Speaker 1: in his tentacle, hovering there, concentrated there. When he gets distracted,

00:25:56

Speaker 1: the Morna very gently reminds him to pour, take a breath,

00:26:02

Speaker 1: and then try again, sending his mind down the length

00:26:08

Speaker 1: of his body, and once again. After a few times

00:26:16

Speaker 1: of losing his concentration and gently getting it back again,

00:26:21

Speaker 1: he finds it easier each time, easier and easier. At last,

00:26:30

Speaker 1: lo Morna tells them all to open their eyes. They

00:26:35

Speaker 1: sit there, blinking for a few moments. At the bottom

00:26:39

Speaker 1: of the sea. Lo Morna congratulates Zen and Sid on

00:26:44

Speaker 1: completing their first Crustace meditation class. What did you learn?

00:26:54

Speaker 1: She asks? Sid thinks for a moment or two, and

00:27:00

Speaker 1: then tells her that what he's learned is that concentration

00:27:05

Speaker 1: is not a button you can switch on and off. Instead,

00:27:10

Speaker 1: it is something that you have to practice gently, and

00:27:15

Speaker 1: that with each bit of practice it gets easier and easier, exactly,

00:27:25

Speaker 1: says Lamonna the lobster, smiling at him proudly. Each time

00:27:32

Speaker 1: it gets a little easier. But it's never perfect, not

00:27:39

Speaker 1: for me, not for you, not for anyone. And that's okay,

00:27:48

Speaker 1: because we don't need to be perfect. We are just

00:27:52

Speaker 1: a bunch of wonderful creatures in the sea. Words fill

00:28:01

Speaker 1: Sid with a deep sense of gratitude, and he gives

00:28:06

Speaker 1: her a big hug. Thank you, he says, And with

00:28:14

Speaker 1: that Zen and Sids swim away from the crustacean meditation station.

00:28:25

Speaker 1: Sid yawns, and when Sid yorns, it makes Zen yorn too.

00:28:33

Speaker 1: They agree that they're both very tired. Up above the

00:28:39

Speaker 1: gleaming surface of the water. The sun is setting and

00:28:45

Speaker 1: all that concentrating has really taken it out of them.

00:28:51

Speaker 1: It is time for bed. As they swim back to

00:28:57

Speaker 1: Sid's home, the little squid fill calm. His zippy distraction

00:29:04

Speaker 1: seems to have calmed down. He also feels grateful. He

00:29:11

Speaker 1: remembers how Zen arrived at his house and offered to

00:29:15

Speaker 1: help him. He remembers the starfish and the young turtle

00:29:22

Speaker 1: sharing their heartwarming stories, and he remembers Lemonna teaching him

00:29:30

Speaker 1: about concentration and how it's something you practice over a

00:29:36

Speaker 1: long period of time. So as he says good night

00:29:42

Speaker 1: to Zen and goes into his home and tucks himself

00:29:48

Speaker 1: into his little squid bed, Sid feels terribly grateful, and

00:29:56

Speaker 1: as he closes his eyes and falls asleep, he whispers

00:30:02

Speaker 1: a final thank you to all of his friends.
